Chattisgarh is a beautiful state of India with immense tourism potential. The time has come for the Tourism Board to reach out to tourists in a planned manner. This office is working in that direction. Very efficient and effective.

Poorest facilities n worst staff in a very high costed room in ICONIC location of chattisgarh. We booked two rooms for 3rd December'19 at premium cost. At check-in, rooms were not ready, staff attitude was indifferent(read bad) and most of basic amenities of room were not working, including TV, lights, plugs n taps. Thank full to CG Tourism for this Epic Journey.. to MAINPAT @ SAILA TOURIST RESORT We made last minute plans to do this trip and directly reached CG Tourism Office Located In front of Gadh Kalewa, Ghadi Chouk, Raipur.. There we met Mr. Shashank Ji who is the CHARIOTEER of this Journey.. Despite his worthwhile efforts, we got a booking at this quiet, cozy and scenic place.. It’s a very Huge Property and due to some of My Problems Mr. Shashank booked my room very near to the Reception and the Main Entrance Gate, after consulting with his Team at SAILA TOURIST RESORT.. Apart from making the bookings, they kept on guiding us to the main places as well as to the destination in a safe and comfortable route. Also he kept asking us about our stay and hospitality of the property, it is really unexpected and very commendable, he is associated with this place by Land Worship. So, Hats-off To Mr. Shashank and his Team for Making My Trip so cherishable and memorable.

Just love the culture of Chhattisgarh, amazing waterfalls, dense forests, hilly areas, beautiful villages, and amazing food ..it is really the land of surprises.If you want to know more about Chhattisgarh , I want to recomment a utube channel ' Arshan'.. Fraud going on in barnawpara jungle safari,very very poor experience booked jungle safari barnawpara on 25th december 2022 , 3-5 pm slot but the guide named lalit soni and driver gave us just 45 min tour and left us back at 3.45 so that they can earn more money in 2nd or may be 3rd shift also. even the ticket counter guy and all the forest department is involved in this crime . we complained but nobody was supportive. cg government should look into this matter .
