It may be a good hospital for delivery cases but other than that it's not good at all to be more precise it has no facilities.A relative had a hysterectomy at this hospital. The surgery in itself was made very critical due to reasons. The surgery was done so carelessly that a cut was made on the intestine of the patient. The patient nor the family members were told anything about this. She was kept in the hospital for 3 days until she started vomiting, having fevers and difficulties in breathing. Then she went through really painful treatments in which a pipe was inserted from the nose manually till the intestines for the gas to pass since she could not do so on her own. Till here it was okay but then the doctor who did the surgery came and said there are no facilities here and that the patient needs to be shifted to a multispeciality hospital. But because she was kept for so many days in the hospital her infection increased due to the fluid leak from the cut. It reached the lungs kidneys everything and then even the doctors of the multispeciality hospital couldn't control it and she lost her life. A general surgery took the life of a patient just because of the carelessness. If they told us before that there was an issue with the surgery right after then the infection wouldn't have spread so much.

Though one of the leading Doctor she is Dr. Neeraj Pahlajani, but guys hold your breathe, she misguides you, doesn’t give importance to patient or their history reports if to be studied before starting any treatment. She is very egoistic and greedy lady with no proper knowledge of treatments, she just tries her luck and keep eye on patient’s money, as 90% of her treatments fails and then she makes money by calling patients for second time. Hence she seems to cheapest doctor in Raipur, but she isn’t. Please consult with other doctors too before getting started with treatment what she suggests.

I'm elated and feeling the delight of parenthood. Our excursion has been awesome just in the wake of counseling Dr Pahlajani IVF Center.. Dr. Pahlajani adopted an individual strategy for my situation and recommended us to go for IVF. Pahlajani IVF Center group assisted us with finding the best match and everything worked consummately during the whole surrogacy program. It was a snapshot of pride after we heard the information of a kid. I express gratitude toward Dr Pahlajani and recommend childless couples simply take a visit and feel the distinction.

I would personally never recommend this hospital to anyone. They can play with your emotions extracting money from you. They did an NT scan at the 10th week of my pregnancy which is incorrect and scared the hell out of me and wrote down an NIPT test costing 19k. I went for a second opinion thankfully and got my NT scan done at the 12 week which is the ideal time to get it done. All my scans and reports came out normal. But I swear I’d never go back to these money launderers again.

Note: I have the only problem when nurses give your baby they ask for tips, and they will not agree in less amount. and many times many staff will come and will ask for money again and again. this is the only thing which I didn't like. I know tips should be given but here they ask too much. frankly speaking, whatever amount I have given here is more than my medical bill.

Worst hospital.... they will robb you in the name of treatment... only novice junior doctors are there.... during pregnancy they will call you for number of times and every time they will get you tested unnecessarily..tests are also too costly as compared to other places!!! At start they will keep saying that normal delivery will happen and at last moment they will tell you some complexity and then go for c section! Not enough..! After delivery will say baby need special care and refer to petals hospital there you will be robbed again! Dont come here!

Recently one of my family member was admitted and had gone treatment in the hospital. The experience was really pleasing. The doctors were really professional and polite, and were in constant follow-up. Every nursing staff were quick on the feet, and took care of the patient very well. Even if there were any small issue with the patient, the nursing staff were quick to respond and give proper care. Even the housekeeping staff were trained well and were really co-operative.

Not happy at all they dint follow the protocol , played with emotions , wrote down a test costing 19000/- rs and all of that was just wrong , consulted another doctor got to know , the test at this point of time is invalid and this report is useless which they dint mention at all and on the basis of that report they scared us and gave us a test costing way too much, A big no we went here after all the recomendations , but right now we wont recommend them to anyone. Theyre not even returning back the money been so long.

My experience was very good..Everything was fine on suite rooms...but rooms were having seepage on 2-3 corners which has to b fixed asap..wardrobes were not there

A good place from the beginning of pregnancy till the delivery. They host baby showers too which is really fun and cool. The hosts organise games, gifts, cakes and snacks. Its amazing to meet all the mothers which share same due dates. All the staff are trained and supportive. The medical facilities are good too.

We took the treatment ofDr Neeraj Pahaljani madam for our first baby. During the entire nine months she motivated and guided us. All the time she responded all our queries very patiently and always motivated for normal delievery.Even at the time of delievery room booking nursing care and other process are very smooth and efficient. The services offered by the hospital are very good and all the doctors are very efficient and nice while dealing with patients. During our entire delievery stay of 04 days we didn't face any problem. Even Dr Pahalkani allowed my husband stay with me in the OT and that was the real support needed at that time. This hospital is totally money minded. They have managed their staff, ambience in such a way that people thinks this is best for their baby. This hospital is like a bank. Dr Neeraj never attend any patient but she have her sign on the prescription.They have hired many gynaecologists. It is very important to build a bond between gynaecologists and the patients. It build trust If you keep changing doctors in every visit how it will be possible to do so . I know Doctors are trained but they are not robots. There are many things which a doctor suggests orally which can not be written in a prescription. If you keep changing the doctors how the next doctor will know the oral suggestions.

When people have good experiences then no one raise any concerns but when few encounters with issues & concerns even with good doctors then different person comes out which is opposite from what we heard. Similar things happened in my experience with Dr Neeraj Pahlajani. We had Quadruple test done in hospital and found positive report. When consulted with doctor then she claimed that report in hospital can never be wrong and doesn't require another test from outside and also report took 10 days. But we consulted outside of hospital for second opinion and done the test from Dr Lal Path Labs which showed negative reports and we all were relaxed but those days were hell for all of us until we get done the test from outside. Doctor should never be over confident and blind trust in our department because of which one newborn was about to suffer life threatening diagnostics. People of India are emotional and trust the words of doctors so they should understand the sentiments of others and declare any decision accordingly because even scientists performs multiple testings to prove their research and re-testing for taking some important decision shouldn't be big deal for doctors, thanks. I hope they understand that small things can bring big impact in wrong direction.

I am disappointed with the recent experience my mother had at this medical facility. Despite scheduling an appointment for her peri-menopausal concerns, the doctor failed to attend the consultation. Instead, a junior took over without conducting a thorough assessment, recommending a major surgery without proper history, examination, or counseling. The lack of professionalism and the casual approach towards suggesting a uterectomy is concerning. In a city like Raipur, it's disheartening to find medical care compromised at the expense of ethics. The apparent mediocrity in their approach to patient care is alarming .

Would like to thank every Doctor and staff of pahlajani women's hospital, they gave us very very memorable experience, my sister admitted due to some emergency and Dr Akansha was amazing, her treatment and encouragement to my sister was appreciable, we got our baby boy❤️, every day on duty sisters at 2nd floor were very helpful and helped us a lot, Mr Girish (Insurance and Billing dep.) Was truly a big support to us, ,who helped us in every financial and billing queries till now. They need a bit of improvement while communicating between themselves(few people), mostly the nursing team(OP and IP). Thanks everyone,you guys did a great job,kudos to you all
