Very bad experience this hospital is only interested in money they only give u hopes not result Dr Palak gawri maam is always busy not treating patients properly even they don't know the reason if their is any problem this hospital is full of scammers i lost almost my 3 lakh rupees with zero result big scam Dr palak gawri. Now they are not even talking to us properly.

ARROGANT, ILL MANNERED, RUDE - Dr. PALAK GAWARI was not even interested to give a proper consultation also humiliated in front of other patients didn't even check the reports properly and was writing the same tests again without checking the complete file with the attached reports. Made uncomfortable by discussing the problem of the patient without privacy and involving the other patients in the conversation making it a laughing stock. It is unacceptable to call multiple patients together with there family members/companions when you don't even have enough chairs to seat them all, and for the sake of giving a advice if you don't care about the diagnosis or the treatment. Never encountered such an ugly doctor's consultation. Hope you understand the sensitivity of the problems the patient goes through, instead of mocking and humiliating the patient. To be honest I was not expecting this UNPROFESSIONALISM from such an experienced medical Practitioner. The only thing I can appreciate is the staff members who were polite and was ready to help quite surprising as OPPOSITE to that of Doctor Palak Gawari's behavior. In my opinion please the other junior female doctor of the same facility was very polite and respectful. She was even concerned to hear the patient out.

Dr. Palak Gawri is a very good doctor but his staff here is specialy reception, there are 2 lady staff, They name the reception staff Ms. Bindu Don't know the name of the other staff but she wears Is glasses is way of talking is absolutely roadly. The management is also not good, the behavior of the medical person is rodly. Good doctor's name is bad because of reception staff

In any hospital, the patient goes in the name of the doctor, that is why we also came here and there is no doubt that the doctor is very promising, she was doing almost all the procedures herself, which seemed quite right to us. 2. The staff of this hospital is very helpful and almost all the necessary facilities are available here, so the patient does not have to wander around separately for anything. Negative aspects 1. Equivalent Doctor : We felt that there is a need for an additional equivalent doctor because one doctor cannot handle all the patients at the same time and if the main doctor is not available for any reason, it too causes a lot of trouble to the serious patients. 2. Billing/Payment Details : At present they do not have any billing system, hence most of the payment has to be made by the patient in cash and due to this, the patient is not able to get the payment receipt etc. after the payment. 3. Patient File/Treatment Record : Handwritten treatment history is often very brief and difficult to understand; it should be computerized so that it can be shown to another doctor if needed for additional advice.
