No proper system for appointment booking.There is only one number and it is switched off today. I came for Raigarh but totally wastge of time.

I am very disappointed about there booking process.. today I have found there worker (madhuri) Treat me worst with high attitude. I told her I will complain for this but again she was saying (jo krna hai kr lo) fearlessly. Perhaps doctors should attention about this.. thanks

One of the best paediatrician in Raipur Recently been to his clinic for my daughter check up the first thing that is commendable is the staff , each one who is involved in taking the patient details the diagnosis and the other things is in polite manner and the whole procedure is nice and the whole clinic is equipped with modern standards safely measured and the infrastructure well structured. They have play area nd other toys to engage kids till they will be called in for checkups And most importantly the Bhattar Saab himself what a wonderful doctor he is I have seen many doctors but he is such a simple yet brilliant person who not only knows his job the best but make the parents feel better and calm and treat the kid with utmost kindness patience and diagnose the things precisely With no Huss Huss he explained the whole treatment and other things to both the kid and the parents Felt so satisfied feels everyone should take inspiration from him Thnk u so much Dr bhattar and the whole team with regards

No appointment process .... they say to book appointment from 7-8 am every morning I have called today at 7:20 and the person said 63 no at 4 pm I mean every time they give appointment at 4 pm and the person said from past 25 mins I am writing no and yours is 63 ... giving 63 appointment in 25 mins ... how is it possible at least it takes 1 min per person to call to ring and to tell patient name .... they behave as if he is the only doctor present in raipur ... pathetic services

Prachi Bhattar's receptionists are the worst... worst receptionists than ever. This has happened repeatedly that after taking an appointment they promise you to inform you by call when your number comes but they never call. Today my appointment number was 50 and I was waiting at home for the call but they didn't call. So I came here and saw that the patient with appointment number 70 just came out of the cabin. Probably this is my last visit. Note: Prachi Bhattar mam is very good.. my problem is with receptionists only.

Dr staff have rude behaviour. We are in emergency due to my kid has dysentery. But they don't give urgent appointment even after I called second day for appointment they teach me the rules of appointment. It's worse experience for me and I truly recommend not to consult here. Worst management.
