Worst place for Botox treatment. I was told that the Doctor would do the botox treatment for hemifacial spasms and went from Bhilai to Raipur. The doctor told me that he would do it at his free time and understandably so and asked me to call for the appointment. I followed up three times and every time I was told to call after 2-3 days without any reason. I told the doctor and the receptionist repeatedly that I would procure the entire bottle since 50 units have to be administered to me anyway. No positive response from the hospital or the doctor till date. Such a waste of my time. Very disappointed and this is not the place for botox treatment. I would suggest to find a better and committed doctor for your botox treatment.

After meeting Dr and taking meds no changes had seen till now. September 2021, no correction in sciatica.

They clearly reused a needle to draw blood right in front of me and the put the needle back in with new needles, careful if you get you blood drawn.

A fine neurologist. Gives time and listens to your problems. And provides you with a correct diagnosis. I have been suffering from headache for past 15 years. Had many consultations prior to him with no significant relief. But after starting his medication I m feeling better after 1 month of use.
