I visited this store today. Normally, I am a person of calm personality . I had to buy few items and found this store quite cool. I selected an item and went on looking for few others and the attendant was quite polite in nature first. As soon as I reached the water bottle section, I asked her about the offers and She told me the thermal one had 50percent discount. I still made sure to double check and lifted the product to ask for the offer again. She said, “Yes, it's on 50percent offer.” I took it and proceeded to the billing corner. I heard the person who was at the billing counter asking her, “If the bottle was on discount to which she said yes.” when they handed me the bill to me the total was much more than I assumed. I went out of the store and thought my calculations were wrong(at least). As soon as I walked out I rechecked the bill and they didn't gave me 50percent off on the bottle. I returned to the store at the same moment and asked that girl about the offer she told me about. She started behaving very rude suddenly... Her words were like, “Mein jhoot kyu bolungi agar offer nahi hai toh nahi hai. Mene toh aplog ko btaya tha and all.” I politely corrected her as well that she said the offer is not valid on the other bottles but the one I chose had the offer and she straight away denied. I replaced it and asked them for a new bill. The person at the counter said, “ab wapas mat ana ye na toh change hoga na exchange.” I really had no plans of exchanging or returning the product but they straight away lied about the offer or maybe they thought I would not check the bill after paying. This behavior is very wrong and should be stopped.
