A great experience visiting here. It is positioned in Marine Drive. A garden is situated near this place. The lake needs much more maintenance and the authority is active for achieving its goals. A great choice for the morning and evening walk. The place attracts a trendy crowd.

On 30 April 2016, Raipur hoisted India’s tallest flagpost at 82m high in marine drive on Telibandha lake. The largest Indian tricolour on the tallest flag post was hoisted by chief minister Raman Singh. the flag with shaft of 105X70 ft beat the Ranchi record. Telibanda, also known as Marine Drive, was decked up to host the event on Saturday. Raipur Municipal Corporation (RMC) authorities also prepared free wi-fi zone at the spot and three selfie points to attract crowds. “It is a moment of pride for residents of the city,” said Raman Singh while unfurling the flag at Telibanda around 6 pm on Saturday.

Nice place to hangout with your friends and family, cozy ambience with variety of cafe's to choose. The are having the card system in the area which makes everything very convenient with well ventilated area and very soothing environment. Also have a very nice parking area . Different franchise are there so you will have a plenty of options to select. Good for going with family or friends in weekend also .

Feels so good and proud on watching our national flag. More than 70 ft high 30 ft wide,located right beside the lake. Amazing work done by CG govt. Hoisted mostly on Saturday Sunday in rainy season and almost daily in all other seasons.

It is center of attraction

Very nice place to go for a walk or just to sit there quietly... Just besides the main road appropriate parking space. And good arrangement for sitting.
