It is one to oldest 5 star hotel of Chhattisgarh. Name itself is a brand . A premium property at very strategic location.

Located at the strategic point between Raipur GE road and VIP road. This one of the places which has an excellent fine dine restaurant. It also has a poolside party place with nice outdoor seating. The outdoor sitting is completely green with lots of plants on all sides. The pool is small but beautiful. Moving to the restaurant they have recently renovated the seating and the upholstery but decor is old. The staff and the management is on their toes to serve you the very best in food and drink. I ordered lemon coriander chicken and tom yum soup both were up to the mark. The mixed sauce spaghetti was also delicious. Chicken lasuni tikka is also a must try. Char grilled salad is a good option for vegetarians and it has a wonderful taste. My grilled chicken platter was about okay as the chicken was a bit firm and not succulent. As it was a birthday celebration we got a complimentary fruit cake which was really good to taste. The hotel has its own bakery and confectionery. I would recommend this place as a must visit place for Raipur. Had a wonderful experience.

Very good best hotel

Terrible experience with the staff. The rooms are beautiful the interior was stunning. But the staff is nothing but walking dead people with zero expressions or courtesy. We had a wedding reception. They straight away told the bride and groom that their room is not ready at 2pm(check in is 1pm). We had four senior citizens with us. The restaurant took 1.15 hours to serve the food that too when we literally went into the kitchen and gave them a scolding. What is the HR doing with such a beautiful group of hotels hiring such terrible people! Please reconsider ur hiring policy. The staff at the front desk is not only rude but they show zero compassion to anybody. Not recommended at all. Never visiting again.

Large and beautiful garden and Auditorium. Auditorium is large enough to accommodate more than 700 people.

Poor services. Dirty linen, reception staff was extremely rude. Lobby air conditioner not working and when I asked the manager about it he said ‘what can be done’ no apology no help. The reception staff even lied to us about their registration with FHRAI and charged us extra while declining my discount card which they are entitled to entertain. Breakfast service staff denied serving on table. Overall below average service.

Very large and beautiful five star hotel . The staff was very courteous. Food was good . Desserts were tooooo sweet. Rooms are spacious. Only 10 minutes drive from airport. A large green lawn in front adds to architectural beauty.

Infrastructure of the hotel is really good. They should work on the lifts inside hotel. Staff was helpful and talkative but Service could be more better. Rooms are clean and big enough to accommodate 3 people. Overall good experience.

We have stayed at the hotel for one of our friend’s marriage . The room interior was good , it has all the facilities but it lacked on providing the basic amenity which is WATER . The room provides 2 water bottles of 250ml each . It was a scorching summer and the temperature was 40 degree , so we needed much more water than normally one would need . But each time they would provide only 2 to 3 bottles of water which is 250ml . We had called them some 20 times for water only which we felt tedious. And when we asked them for bigger bottles , they told its of extra charge . When someone is paying 10k for each room , then the water should be at least complimentary . At the end of our 2 days stay , we saw around 20 to 30 water bottles lying in our room . So I would request Babylon international to think about the environment and make use of plastic as less as possible by providing bigger water bottles or install an Aquaguard in each floor .

Very poor service , it took two times request and 2.30 hours to arrange for a pain killer . It would have been better if they refused to entertain request at first place . I need to come downstairs at reception in deep pain to remind.

It was a nice experience to go there. But I went there for a meeting, so had no time to explore it much. But the underground banquet hall was good, we had little trouble with AC cooling , but was ok Big hall with extra space for food section. Lunch was also nice. Veg manchow soup was there which was tasty but it felt that the fried noodles used were old.. Dahi bada was good, veg spring rolls were oily and okay okay, baked rasgulla was delicious Hot Coffee was nice. Well the place is neat n clean, good bathrooms, big and attractive reception hall, large parking space, nice management Beautiful interiors and chandelier

Decent hotel with decent rooms, service and food. this is a good option as budget hotel. Stayed there for 4 nights... Food taste is also good. Room service people are good, they offer late night food order in your room. Overall a good stay.

One of the finest hotels in Raipur. My experience at Babylon was really great. On table service was a bit slow which can be improved.. But overall it's a great place for party and celebration.

I would like to say first of all that was an absolutely amazing time at the Hotel.The appetizers as a starters in buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options.The services provided by staff were attentive. Situated in a convenient prime location. Good one.

Nice rooms with Poor service. At hotel lobby for check in and check out they keep you waiting for 30mins and ACs are off so you sweat like anything. Room service poor with lot of time to deliver and then punching items twice. Rooms are lavish but not worth due to other negative points

It used to be a great hotel but the rooms and the hotel are in dire need of maintainece …it is run down and the rooms stink. The bathrooms have threadbare towels and the hotel guys cone to your room abruptly for checks !! It used to be great but now its simply avoidable… P.S the breakfast is good though.

Service is very slow, food is unnecessarily expensive, too many hidden charges. The staff is polite though. Thoda shady hai, don’t go with parents.

We were there for lunch (buffet). Starters were good. In Main course 2-3 dishes were quite sweet in taste (those dishes are known as spicy dish) breads are too hard. Laccha paratha do not have laccha. Ambience good, staff good.

Actually I should give 5 star because the ambiance and rooms are awesome and good, but they need to improve in food quality, maintenance as I went in a group so in many rooms AC were not working and after complaining they were not able to rectify. Lot of paint cracks in rooms and bathroom, plumbing fixtures were not working properly. No light in wardrobe .

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights considering the five star status and the location on airport Road. I went to the restaurant by the pool ... the place i visited few days back too but was really disappointed as no one attended us even after waiting for 30 mins and calling them many times.. but the second time it was superb .. specially the live music .. the singer and the guitarist was great also the service this time was much better food was also ok. The food is very well priced so will prefer going there again.

Worst quality of food. All guests after wedding ceremony had food poisoning. Really pathetic and old fashioned rooms Not recommendable und not upto standards for a 5 star Hotel at all. Poor service, Poor catering, Hypocritical behaviour unprofessional approach for arrangements especially decoration department is a loot.

The hotel management is arrogant, lacks hospitality and basic courtesy. The political clout preferring the property is being reflected in their high headedness attitude. Pls avoid if in spite of paying hefty room rent you do not wish to be treated in an ill manner.

Beautiful ambience, Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. We went to for lunch & Took advantage of the beautiful location, Loved the charm of this hotel. Service top notch as always. We had an amazing time. Definitely a must go if you are looking for a good time. and food was super tasty.

The banquet hall is decent, the food isn't. Average service. There are alot of banquet halls for lesser price and better service. Don't waste your money here.

I would recommend that you do not visit this hotel or book any rooms there, because you will be annoyed all the time, especially at night by some local guests who might be known to the hotel staff or some seniors. You will be abused and threatened by them. You will have a terrible night

Overall the service of the hotel was really great and they were very kind. I think hotel should have bathtubs in every room of the category in which they provide bathtubs for. I booked a deluxe room for that they have bathtubs in some rooms in same category

The staff is extremely rude. One of the worker /manager Aman luthra as identified by truecaller couldn't even recognize a minor misunderstanding and had no patience to talk gently or at least end the conversation on a polite note. We were invite by hyatt for some voucher related event to be organised here and this person had the audacity to call us fraud whereas he himself didn't have the basic hospitality skills and it's ironical cause he literally works in a hotel.

Well maintained though it’s an old property. Overall it’s a good place. One major challenge is that there is a lot of disturbance because of marriage and events as it’s a place for regular one or other events. Staff is also little reluctant, delayed processes. Breakfast is good

The hotel is situated midway between the city centre and airport amd is easily accessible from both ends. The hotel also provides airport pickup & drop services. There is a swimming pool & large banquet hall, along with ample parking and a beautiful garden. Food is good & rooms are well maintained with nice & polite staff

This was the place I used to stay regularly from 2001 to 2005. It was much grand that time. However the Bristro outdoor restaurant cum bar with Gazzebos and live music is a lovely new addition. Food is good. Rooms upkeep needs improvement.

The hotel is like a resort with lot of space, lawns, gardens and fountains. Though the premises was big but kept neat and clean with plenty of greenery and beautification. Plenty of parking space as the hotel hosts marriage/functions. It has been modernized with time. The reception area is very spacious with lounge with good sofas where one can have rest and meeting. The rooms are neat and clean with all the amenities including big led tv. The restaurant is good and serves varieties of vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods. The breakfast and dinner buffet is good and perfect with many options to choose. The locations is also good with near to airport and malls and Lord Ram Mandir. Overall good hotel with good service one can think to stay when in Raipur.

Rooms are in pathetic shape. Even the renovated ones are not worth spending money on. This place was so good at a time but is in utter shambles now. Food has downgraded to a whole new level. Preparation quality is not good. The raw materials used in food are not of great quality. The taste is very poor. Even a roadside dhaba gives better quality and taste than this place. Their Dal Makhani doesn't have enough Butter in it. Their Dal Tadka is watery like water. Veg main course items are prepared half heartedly. Service is just average. Overall, a very disappointing experience of Babylon, which was one of the best places of Raipur
