This hospital is decent but what makes mittal hospital bad is his staff. They pick their nursing staff who doesn't know anything and even never touch syringe in their life and these staff doesn't have any professionalism, they even talk in icu room and doesn't understand the concept of icu.

1.There is no fixed time for the doctor's round. 2. Even if you come from 11:59 pm in the night, the charge for that day will be charged. 3. It is necessary to have at least 24 hours to get help in Ayushman card. 4. Only 1100 will be deducted in Ayushman card, and you have to pay all the Changes from your pocket money. 5. I want to give minus point to Mittal Hospital

Worst experience we had. They inflade the prices unnecessarily and do not consult the patient. My mother admitted to the hospital and in the end he didn't met her although we tried to consult him. Now, after taking the medicines, she is facing other problems too. Dr. Ashish Mittal, he is the one who treated her.

I had done my mother right breast cancer dated 31st jan 2017 treatment in mittal hospital surgery was done by dr mou roy that was a successful operation but after that when we gone for chemo and worked with dr suman mittal it was very bed experience their whole staff is in different and egoistic attitude against patient, we had cleared ₹150000/- amount from mukhya mantri sahayta yojna of that only ₹54000/- they cleared rest is eaten by the mittal hospital ( dr. suman mittal ) I requested them many times but they always refused to refund me that is how they fill their stomach , they are same of the country due do these type of peoples are suffering

Worst experience .... very rude behaviour of staff n doctor no one cares about the patient..... it's only for making money did the test which was not necessary for my mother and the medicine given to her did side effect to her and no one there took care for it requesting patient not to go in this facility

Very poor management system. No urgency for patient's treatment. A patient in ICU is totally neglected by the doctor who comes on visits. Charges patients extravagant amount for treatment. In case the management and behaviour of staff is improved the hospital is good. Worst experience ever. Not able to diagnose the ailment correctly. Intentionally delaying diagnosis so as to loot Money from patients. Doctors treat patient based on previous knowledge of ailment. My relative was continuously being treated for stroke with fever while after 5 days they checked for dengue and found positive still the treatment was not started.

Very bad management..my father passed away in these hospital... staff's are very unskilled and rudely behave.doctor had no idea about patients treatment they only talk for payement...totally loot in these hospital.medicine price also higher than other normal medicals in Raipur..almost 50-60% higher.only money matter in these hospital.. don't go these hospital... patients come with their own foot but go in stracture to god...

Staff irresponsible during covid pendamic their have no any hand sanitizers and no social distance and no another precautions

Receptionist is very bad they cant give any best suggestion, and behaviour is also very bad, she has no any manner how can talking with Patients and families and they cant follow the rules and regulation.

Poor Facilities,Staff are mannerless and management is also too bad. Doctor even not come to check patient on time and also the nursing staff is not cooperative .....Plz change ur nursing staff as soon as possible .They used to not treat patient properly.Please take the purpose seriously.

Worst management ever, nurses and staff, even head doctor is not answerable for patients & their attainder. No urgency for critical patients.The doctor & staff doesn't explain the exact condition to relatives making the situation even bitter. Be it hygiene, professional behaviour or promptness for patients it fails in every bit. The reception staff is very disgusting they have no sense of how to talk a person who is already disturbed due to their patients situation. In short it is a hospital but there is no presence of any type of hospitality.

Please consider the rating even below 1... The main doctor is not at all understandable and puts whole pressure upon the family at the last stage... Even the staff management is very poor and even sometime they do not give food to the patient or care for patient... Not recommended for COVID treatment at all

Worst hospital ever seen. They will keep you until they want. They keep us to increase their Bill if you are planning to get treated here please think twice. You come here by you feet and you'll go on stretchers. Please this hospital is not recommended. Just waste of huge amount of money and time.

If there is rate which goes -1 or -2 I'll probably rate that. Management is not good. Patient has to wait in a long queue for getting tested. Given the money and treatment provided is not worth it! Raipur has better hospitals I would suggest to visit those!

Please don't go to this hospital ..doctors are irresponsible..you come with one problem then they will make another problem ..doctors used to said that improvement is going on, everything is ok so that u want to stay more days in hospital ..doctors don't give clear answers if ask clear answer then they will abuse u..one doctor told me that u don't ask me any question if something critical happened to your patient then only u will be informed. I admitted my father for 14 days but nothing had been improved..

This hospital is very bad in terms of treating patients. They admit patients in hospital and take 6 days to give MRI report just to make money. Fully money minded and if you will ask to discharge they will ask you to take Lama and will say that patient is unable to give consent but patient is only asking to discharge. They are totally fraud.

Famous Neurologist dr.Ashish Mittal's Hospital... He is very intelligent and hard working person..

Vary worst hospital. Dr.and his staff behavior is vary vary worst with patient attander. Maximum staff of icu are busy with mobile any time specially female staff.

Worst hospital, being a neuro hospital they don't have MRI facility, staff is untrained, unhygienic,non professional. Three days past admission no MRI test till now. No proper treatment,no satisfactory reply from doctor. Don't opt for treatment , this is a sincere advice.

How to misuse peoples money. And how to play with patients emotions, Mittal Hospital knows very well. There should be option to not give star.

Need to learn to talk to patients and their family! If you are doctor, you can advise prescription, you don't have the right to force it on anyone. Not accepted demeanour! When asked why you are admitting the patient you have show grace, that is your duty, to explain and 'not shout'. Insane behaviours!
