My concern is with the staff. They do not, they NEVER give complete information about the timings. They ask you to take appointments but it is of no use. They are aware that the doctors, vaccinators will arrive late but they do not divulge this information. I often have to wait 1-2 hours on the average for EVERY APPOINTMENT, once the wait was 3 hours with a sick 4 month old. The staff sits, chit chats and giggles but do not attend the questions or answer truthfully. I come here because the doctors are good, the staff is equally irresponsible and careless.

A good hospital with complete facility for your child. The Doctors team under the leadership of Pooja Mam is Awesome and a very hardworking and dedicated team. Nurses of NICU & PICU are highly trained and very cooperative but the Mother ward nurses are very casual and have behavioural issues aswell.. Overall Highly recommended....

Hospitality is very good.The whole staff work as a whole team .Each n every doctor is very much concerned and frequently visiting patient and getting to know the health of patients is well maintained. One thing I really liked is Doctor explains each and every reports and issues of the patient, if we don't understand, they explain with good examples.Thank you petals team .

i had spend 3 days at hospital last month. rhe staff are so rud and mannerless to answer any questions :- in health insurance department there staff has so hars language to say people "kich-kich karte ho" "Bahar me likha hai pad Lo" type. in hospital service sector in front is type people sit and told people this language is so bad. :-also there is no any proper arrangements for parents who stay there of log time there bags spread in the stairs. there is no bath and washroom facility. Doctor are good and responsive on your questions and there give good treatment also.

It is clean and good hospital for new born baby & children but visitors were not following covid norms even some children age above 6years were playing and roaming without masks. Although it was parent’s fault but sitting arrangements can be make in following social distance.

Dr Pooja Dhupar, what an amazing doctor! The best child specialist in the Chhattisgarh. My 1 year nephew had life threatening symptoms and we admitted him at Petals hospital at the last minute. Long story short, we are able to take him home happily after 7 days of treatment at this hospital. Dr Pooja is like next to god for us. There are other branded hospitals in Raipur, but look nowhere else, just goto Petals hospital for your kid and you won't be disappointed with the treatment, hospitality, nursing staff and overall management of the hospital. Keep up the good work and raise the bar high. 1/5 star for the lab and medical shop though. They ask for cash payment and strongly rejects card payments. Lab person is like, we are the only ones here for your emergency, where else you would go? Just pay us cash and we won't give you bill. Hospital management must look into it and appoint a better lab team and medical shop.
