My mother received the treatment for Cataract and PRP laser therapy. I live in US, and was constantly in touch with Dr. Ashish Mahobia for my mother's treatment. I came to Raipur for one week and checked-in my mother for her treatment, and stayed in one their deluxe rooms. At every step, we were given a detailed explanation on the treatment and the steps. This is one of the best eye hospital I visited. Especially eye checkup for kids is not that easy. It was handled very well by staff and Dr. Ashish is quite experienced and knowledgeable in this field. I am very satisfied with the experience. We had to visit multiple times but except first visit, all other visits were free. Which gives confidence that multiple visits are not to earn money but to provide correct medical advice. Worst fee structure where in the name of online payment promotion 550 is charged and if you pay cash 580 is charged. Logic cant be explained so dont even try for asking . The whole world is promoting online payment but they dont charge extra for cash payment.

A big NO. May be the doctor is good, may be. But the services are just pathetic. They’ll give you appointment on the phone but you will be asked to wait for at least a couple of hours once you visit. They do not value your time. I’ve seen people waiting here for hours, came with a friend. We had to shout at the staff to let them realise that we’ve been waiting for more than an hour. This is not done, don’t know whether the rest of the reviews are even genuine. Don’t fall for the ratings. They also make you sign a consent form saying that you are fine with waiting for a couple of hours (at least).

Doctors are good but administration is Untrained. Bill/receipt not generated. Seeking double payment post final payment. Finally ended up with incorrect bill generated and rude behaviour of receptionist.
