This is the place what we call well managed. Everything is managed as per the modern management techniques. Starting from the guard who allow you to enter to the person serve you water. Everyone is well dressed in uniforms and we'll trained in customer behaviour. Optical part was quite expensive better to buy from lenskart and behaviour of the optical guy was also not too welcoming.. The counselor part was the main usp.. They got a special counselor. Treatment is quite expensive but the they have other options too. Overall experience was satisfactory

Overall working of ASG hospital and their staff is very good. But iam regretted to say, that Dr. Kanika Sharma Agrawal ,who has done the operation of my mother on 03 january 2022,has very rude nature. Her approach towards her patients is very rough, and impatient. ASG hospital should address this pathetic attitude of doctor ,mentioned above, so that patients are not unduly mentally harassed, and feel insulted.

I visited the hospital today for the enquiry regarding eye treatment, I found that hospital premises are very clean and there was a lady in the reception name Shalini has guided me very well the procedure of treatment and behave very politely and friendly. I suggest to all to visit the hospital for eye treatment.

Well managed hospital for EYE treatment, all doctor's are well knowledgeable and well experienced. staff are also very helpful. I would like to say about Dr. Kanika Sharma Raipur CG she has operated my daughter's ICL surgery. It was very good treatment for my daughter.

My father underwent a cataract operation at ASG Raipur last month. Very helpful staff and super efficient service. Hospital is good, Dr. are also good but staffs are very slow. Specially lady staffs are taking their own time. No value of others time. Hospital authority should do something on it. Too much delay. Otherwise good eye hospital.

I came on 30th December 2022 and an opthalmologist attended me and prescribed me a power change for my eyes. Then, I was taken to Dr Kanika Sharma Aggarwal. She was extremely condescending and made a personal remark on my profession and working hours for screen time. She hardly listened to my eye issue and suggested 2 eye drops and wrote "continue with current specs". Next day, 31st December, I had to come again to the hospital as I noticed that Dr Kanika Sharma Aggarwal didn't mention my current eye power. Dr Aggarwal was again rude to me and hardly listened to my issue and I had to ask her thrice to write my current power and this time she gave me a different power. This is extremely unprofessional and incorrect conduct as my current power is -1.5 and the new power that Dr Aggarwal now wrote is -1 and -.75. this is clearly a case is callus behaviour and inconsiderate attitude towards the patient. Within 24 hours she changed my eye power. I don't trust this doctor at all. It would be great if you could look into this matter. Hopefully, your doctors are vetted regularly and are given feedback to make sure each patient is at least given the right treatment. I have wasted 2 days of my time. Though, I would mention that the staff is quite nice and attentive.

Poor behaviour of their receptionist, they are so rude. When we asked them on phone (customer care number given on google) about the cost of consultation, they responded "it is free for the first consultation, follow ups are chargable" then when we went to the hospital, and asked them about this offer, receptionist refused and when we called back to customer care and gave phone to receptionist i don't know what they talked about, they told me there is some miscommunication, we legit reconfirmed it multiple times earlier. It's not about 400 rs, we can surely pay that, but it's about lying.

Visited ASG yesterday, was extremely dissatisfied with the behaviour of receptionist lady. She would not respond to queries and showed extremely intimidating behaviour. The receptionist entered my name as well as my father’s wrong in the main file and inspite of informing her regarding the same, she refused to accept her his mistake or take any steps to correct the spelling. Instead she would tell us to “sit down” continuously while we were genuinely informing her our concerns and there were no other patients or crowd. Due to the same, we would not be taking any further treatment at ASG. I highly recommend the same must be improved.

Worst Experience while consulting with Doctor Kanika Sharma.I am disappointed with her rude behaviour,she behave like a courtroom judge who only wants a one way communication i.e from doctor to patient only.She is completely impatient while solving doubts of patient.Please do not consult with impatient & dishonest doctor irrespective of their higher degree & experience.

Doctor kanika sharma agrawal has done procedure of cataract surgery excellently and her approach In all aspects are very good. Very polite and deals with confidence. My wife whose surgery is performed is very much happy and satisfied. But persons dealing in cashless treatment section are rude and doesn't know politeness in hospitality sector cost nothing but pays handsomely. They are very lazy slow and mannerless. They even hide movements of file or paper for insurance claim like government top secret. They refund our paid money 15 to 20 days after receiving from Insurance TPA that too after much chase up and efforts All other staff are good and mannered. I tried during my all that's 6 visit to contact Hospital Administrator Mr Sharma who never available in hospital. Yesterday again visited with my brother and sister in law for check up. Praise again Dr Kanika Sharma Agrawal for her skilled honest and non-commercial advice. ***** Unhappy with the non professional attitude and un politeness of nursing staff. They doesn't know that politeness and regards to senior citizens cost nothing but pays handsomely. They call elderly person by first name without any prefixes or suffix. A really good hospital for 'eye' treatment situated in the centre of the city. Generally, there is no long que of patients here. I'm not sure if night facility or 24hr. treatment is available here, MGM eye institute is operational 24 * 7.

i purchased a customised lens from there and when it came the vision was not at all clear, the staff and dr. told me to wear them for somedays but my question was if i can not do basic jobs of the day, how can i even wear them ? So they didn't show any concern about it and they were not responding to the query. But i would recommend don't trust them because they dont provide a positive solution for your problem.
