There is nothing special and there is not that much variety, the staff is also a bit strange, who neither give proper service nor answer anything well....

Worst shopping experience. This pathetic shopping centre is keeping worse trained staff. Food Products are almost expired and every this is fake. Not good experience and I would recommend that no one in their sound mind should go to this shopping centre.

For grocery & plastic items shopping, this place is quiet decent. You can get almost everything in low price. Clothing quality is not upto the mark. BUT the staff are very unprofessional & not helpful. They don't even bother to tell you where you can get a particular product. I had to search for myself in their presence.

Pathetic and Rude staff. Parking Guard, Gate keepers are very Rude. They don't know how to talk with customers. Counter staff are also very bad in behavior. Owner, should take there special class and teach him how to behave.

They have good item in resonable price but the problem is not the item, I don't like to go there because of their hospitality. How the workers behave with the customers thats a questionable thing. Firstly they talk really rudely and secondly they don't respect you as a customer. We already have a bad day want to be calm but again there behaviour makes other agitated.

Actually this Mart is of my name jokes apart. Here you can buy all your home need items like grossery , food items , and shoew as well as some types of clothes and also by side mart you can purchase jwellery also

I had purchased 5 items , in which i had to exchange 4 but they said can't happen. So it is not of my use. I thrown there.

Very bad experience, the parking attendant is so rude, I went away without even going inside the store. Don't know why the owners have kept so rude people in customer focused industry. Don't waste time.

One can get good amount of discount on products as compared to other marts. Also each and every product are available under one roof from grocery to clothes to stationary, curtains, decoratives, kitchen items and many more.

Their issue is good but inside shubham k Mart there is a network issue due to which the user is facing some time issue in online payment

Service and commitments are very poor and their QR code is linked with other account as after scanning and payment they denies on receiving of payment . I will recommend please be care full in terms of MRP displayed and in billing as their billing also you will find difference .

Very rude counter staff. Often close counter when it's your turn for billing and they ask you to go to another counter and when you reach there you will notice previous counter is still accepting other customers and if you want to complain there is no complain/suggestion register and manger response is even worst, he try to deal with you offering out of turn billing in seperate counter but as a rude deal.

The Mart is in good location with good parking facility. Good number of offers should be given to compete with D-Mart. That will attract huge customers.

Everything is good , but the management is moderate . Workers have to be more humble every one literally everyone is rude by nature.

Store lacks good quality items. And the cash counter personnel should learn some etiquettes.

I will not give even 1 star, staffs are not at all professional particularly Mr.Akash at Santoshi Nagar Branch. I went Sarona Branch to purchase 26pc of Sydey 2 Glass set but due short of stock they provided me 16pcs which cost me Rs.89 per piece & for remaining 10pc the Manager told me to purchase from their other Branch which was Santoshi Nagar Branch. I went there & I took the same product for purchase but the same product was costing Rs.115 per piece there, I asked the manager why the price is different & he totally ignored & told me the product is not the same. I told them it is the same product you can talk to Sarona Branch manager I have purchased there at Rs.89 per piece. But it was so disgusting & humiliating they completely denied my issue & told me I am wrong even the Sarona Branch manager also told I can't help you. It was a worst experience & I would never ever will purchase there in future.
