Very impolite and rude behaviour of the person who was billing, he was probably the proprietor. He acted as if he was doing us a favor.He had no interest in showing us the products. When you buy something for your infant kid you try to be extra cautious about the quality of the product therefore you would want to see the demonstration and compare a few products before finally picking one. But he wouldn't let us do that. Also the products are highly overpriced. I bought a ibaby deluxe sleeper from the store for Rs.4613/- which is available on the first cry app for just Rs1997/- with exactly the same features and size. It is better to shop online for products like bouncers, rockers etc or visit the firstcry store. Because when you don't get to see the product and have to make the decision while looking at the size of the box..it is better to look for it online with detailed product features and geniune online reviews and at the same time save your hard-earned money.Would not recommend it to any one.

Superb shop for Kid’s shopping. Here you get Head to toe items for kids ..Huge variety of toys ( indoor or outdoor ) Price according to toy or stuff ( all range available ) When i visited shop was little messy ( may be they were rearranging things ) Representative was good and could understand my requirement They give free gift packing.

Bought a gun with dart bullets for gifting for abt 1k. The bullets were missing when my nephew opened the gift. They say can give bullets, have to purchase separately.. Pathetic Customer Service, Not Value for Money at all. Try Avoid this Shop!

Collection is good.Price is on higher side . No one can stay more than 10 mins on 2 nd floor as no Air cooler or no AC no fan. Customers have to take the responsibility of their own life if any situation of suffocation arises ...

It's quite good. All sorts of toys for all age groups can be found. We found smart charts from here which we don't find in many places in Raipur. It's really good place to visit.
