My experience with Reliance was very good earlier. But now the last time I brought the product from there, it was sent to me and I got the defective piece and when I complained to Reliance about this thing, they said, Sir, you should visit our store again. We will replace you and give you a new item. But it was very difficult for me because Reliance thieves are always in the mall and the mall was far away from my house. It took me a long time to get the luggage and go back to replace it and I also had a problem and I had to offer this thing. Going there that the advisor who sold the goods to me was on leave, then in that regency these people were not replacing the goods at their own risk, then this experience was very useless for me.

Worst store experience ever i went to bye an i phone 14 pro and an air fryer they were not intrested in selling i was asking one after another thet were just ignoring the customers and having a talk and launghing among themselves none of them were aware of the product's function

The staff's well behaved and polite but i didn't have a very nice experience as the laptop which i was about to purchase was the only piece which was on display. Now who would purchase an electronic item which is put on display and every now and then someone's touching and using it. We expect a fresh piece of the electronic good that we are purchasing. Thank god i got to know about it before making the purchase.

Worst service ever. They make you wait until you are exhausted for 3-4 hours and after that they say nothing and you have to leave.

Really horrible experience....they won't value of your time.. zero customer service They told me product are replacable but After selling there product they don't even look at you and they actully don't care . . ...such a waste ..such a waste of time ..better buy online that will make easy to replace and return ...

There are good verities. A salesman helped us get the desired model from the store in another city. This was a delightful experience. There has been some confusion around the offers and we are expected to be better informed by the salesmen. Some of the salesmen were not even aware of the stocks in the shops or the offers. Another good experience among this confusion was the additional discount. I must admit this was a welcome customer service.

They promise you next day delivery and installation and they fail to deliver. When asked about delivery person's number or warehouses number, they deny giving the number by saying they don't have it. You have to call multiple times to get one call back. The only time they give good response is when you're making payment and after that everything goes downhill. Please don't make commitments or promises if you can't deliver.

Nice store for electronics and many products to explore. Pick and drop option is also available at this store. but there is no camera section.

I have had to edit this comment. I initially appreciated their service but was in for a rude shock. I ordered a 5 star Havells geyser but these thugs delivered a 4 star geyser. Thanks for messing up. Edit : Now the store manager is telling me that there is no difference between 4 star and 5 star rated geysers and it keeps changing with the manufacturing year. You guys are a bunch of thugs whose only intention is to fool your customers.

Bought Realme Airbuds 2 in April and had problem in next 3 months. Didn't know that they would give an defective piece. The service centre people said they didn't see any issues with the airbuds. NOT RECOMMENDED TO BUY THE AIRBUDS FROM THIS PLACE.

Extremely poor customer service. Laptop which we bought just 9days back was extremely slow. Instead of trying to help us out, they were trying to shift the entire blame on us. While buying the laptop they'll be all smiles and eager to sell you, but if you go back with any issue they become extremely impolite and try to play a blame game.
