Very bad Service .. staff just ignores customers they are busy in their own chatting , gossip,, don't even listen to us ..

They r really worst in their profession and don't care about ur prblm, I hv facing some problems in my mob. Frm last 3 days when I reached the center nd explained my mob. Condition they said that I hv not that part for ur mob, then I was requesting him for the parts availability asap but as usual he didn't care abt whats the prblm in ur mob . Very careless and idiot person who is sitting their . I really want to slap him

The staff members are not at all co-operative The way of talking is very rude They keep on gossiping with each other and do not solve the problem of the customer. Worst service

Very bad service,they don't understand customer's need, I purchased one phone of this brand, the phone is automatically showing full storage, I went to service center 3 times asking for replacement but every time they just did the software update and say that now the phone will work fine but again the storage is showing full, if I ask for replacement they say they cannot do that.... Pathetic service....

Worst service i have ever seen....the person out there was too rude....and after making me wait for half hr...he told me that they are too busy and i need to come the next day🙄🙄 very disappointed with their behaviour 😒😒

Worst company , never have parts at service center ,don't by xiomi phone waste of money. Don't expect your phone get repaired.

If your mobile is repairing on the same day then it's ok other wise delivery of the parts take to much time and they don't cordinate with customers unless you make a call
