The service was poor,,, staff was friendly but there is no service,, the bed sheet and rooms was dirty, and the main reason for given one star,, I booked through OYO. But there the hoteliers asked for extra charge. There is no response from Oyo's customer care. And there is no soap in bathroom, This was my worst experience. Oyo and this hotel responsible for my worst experience...

I wish I could give minus stars. 1 star is the lowest one can give. The rooms are bare bones. That's ok but unclean and unkept. I have posted pics, I found half used soap lying in the wash basin. There were numerous empty and half empty water bottles lying around. No dust-bin. The less said the better for the toilet. The buckets, wash basin and the toilet seem to be never cleaned. I didn't have the heart to click all pics. There was a half eaten chocolate stuck to the washbasin. It was never cleaned. The AC unit once turned on, is like a tractor was switched on. The staff is non-responsive. You can keep calling them, they would agree to help you and never do anything. The owners of the hotel and OYO staff need to wake up and see the writing on the wall. OYO is treading down a very dengerous and slippery road.

worst of worst, totally unhygeine, no cleaniness, bed k niche saari gandagi(can't even mention0 padi huyi h kabhi b saaf nhi hua h, even shelf k upar b sab gandagi h. pls google me uploaded images ko trust karke mat jana, totally opposite h, even walls, kya kya lage hue h pta nhi. and yeah how can i forget mosquitoes... bhar bhar k hai. Digusting. paid 800, but after entering, i even don't feel like staying for a min there, such a waste of money.

Horrible experience. The receptionist boy was watching bodybuilding photo on his phone and ignoring the guest. Then he asks for more money. Typical northy dumy with no manners. Avoid this hotel at all costs

I wish I could give negative stars to this hotel. 1st hotel will not give you rooms on Oyo prices so don't fall for that. 2nd very dirty no hygiene. You feel disgusted. 3rd they don't give water in the washroom too. I am in the process of complaining to OYO too. Staff behaviour is also intolerable. They abuse you if you do not pay extra.

Again disappointment from OYO. Hotel is not at all as hotel... It's like local Dharamshala.. Even they don't offer a water bottle. Worst Experience. Wastage of time and money.

Room was not clean and maintained Switch boards were not working TV was not working No chair table/almirah In bathroom light was not working Some portion of walls are covered with plyboard Windows have transparent glasses and curtains were translucent They do not change bedsheet and blanket after use neither they sanitize it. Dirty beds and blankets Only AC was good

Worst app, worst service ever experience. Just a dumb app in a single day I made two times cancellation process and even not getting refund amount.

Complete circus. Don't book online you will never get a room to get a room you need a girl pay 500 ₹ and avail the room for an hour or two as per your stamina

They have the rooms still they don't want to give us because of less pricing or something all these hotels gets the customer by service partners but they don't want to give accommodation on their prices anyways if you want to spend more and wanna get less service then you are welcome otherwise please make sure don't visit without booking confirmation otherwise you will face difficulties like hell I just want to say that you can prefer some kind of lodge but try not to visit in this place.

Worst experience ever.....we arrived 11pm midnight hotel manager said cancel the booking we will not give room at this much less amount...so what was the need of coupon...behaviour was very rude...we walked aprox 2 km then we got a new hotel...will never trust Oyo again

Its seems that a lot of work need to do with this hotel. Poor bedding and poor ventilation is one of that area. I hope next time you people resolve this problem.

Excellent budget hotel. People book for 700- 800 and think they will get facilities of 3k to 4k hotel. Excellent behaviour of staff.

Must see the cleanliness part. Proper towels not provided Instead of packaged drinking water they served normal water without seal packed bottle. No early check in charges will be taken It's written in every room behind the door but they took early check in charges

I stayed for 3 days(just because I don't have option). They have worst service. No body takes call in reception. When I entered the room,all the wastes of previous person were there.THEY DO NOT HAVE HANDSHOWERS in toilet.THE RECEPTIONIST TOOK MY PHONE FOR A CALL AND PUT 5 STARS ON OYO APP FOR MY STAY IN HOTEL,without even asking me.Very bad behaviour of receptionist(18-20 year old irresponsible boy)

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Improve the room.

Never Ever Stay, it is not a hotel,it is rather poorly Maintained servants Quarter where you don't have a single thing to cherish. I have seriously started doubting OYO Hotels, as this is listed in OYO. Its better to stay at Raipur Railway station.

I will rate it 2 star just bcoz of its good service otherwise no accomodation was there no doormats, no hygiene, no cleanliness... Must maintain all these
