I visited Dehradun during vacations. Here I went to 'Sahastradhara' to enjoy the waterpark. After enjoying there I experienced shooting pain in my Right Ear with hearing loss in that ear too. Not being a local, I then googled best ENT doctor in Dehradun and then came to know about Dr. Ashwin Garg of 'Garg ENT & Dental Clinic'. I visited on the same evening and Doctor was very polite and professional and told that there is hard wax which swelled due to water and moisture He cleared it very gently and thanks to him I got immediate relief in pain and hearing issue too. I am not sure where to begin with: 5th July I went to this clinic and the lady was in hurry she knocked hard on teeth that I could feel the pain and got me all confused. Xray was taken and she advised to get RCT done. I took the advice trusting the doctors advise. RCT specialist was polite, though after RCT I could still feel the pain but this time in a different site from same tooth. The pain was so much so I told the doctor and she mentioned "it will remain for sometime and insisted she knows it all". went for another session as called for filing that day also I mentioned I am feeling pain and they still went on for filling session. 7 days later the was still there as is and in fact increasing till headache. I told the same on 7th day and she mentioned it should not have happened but referred to her XRAY from 7 days ago and exclaimed with "aah tooth seems lil fractured" we might have to extract the whole tooth" I was again shocked and confused coz how was this could not be diagnosed 7 days ago before RCT procedure. she then started to begin with all the possibility that could have happened. Later she guided her RCT specialist to remove filling and give soothing medicine to in the tooth. Damn 9 days later also I do not have any relief. Also painkiller was advised three times a day even though it was supposed to be SOS. How many painkillers one can take with already going through so much. I have had 14 surgeries and I was still taking antibiotics. When today I went to her she mentioned I should take advise from another doctor from some different clinic as if she does not have confidence on her own medical advice, when I started asking question she simply told me that she will give me refund and left the chair. Money was given back by assistant and and I am now left with painful empty tooth coz the filling was taken out. All the chemists and other shop owners near by gave a bad review of her and I wish I could have gone through their reviews of this clinic.

I was suffering from vertigo since 6 months. My head used to spin with change of position and the moment I tried to sleep on right side. I went to this clinic Doctor garg advised me to get some vertigo tests. I got them done. He diagnosed my condition and did a simple maneuver to take care of my problem. My son was having suffering from adenoids problem. Dr. Ashwin garg explained us that it is normal surgery and can be done nicely here. We got the surgery done and now we are satisfied and my pt is removing all the staff has been very supportive during the whole process..

Tipical business model charges 700₹ for consultation which is mandatory. Receptionists was rude to many people Ex. One old women around 50 was asked if she has thyroid. She replied with a yes then receptionist ask how much mg medicines do u take. She replies I don't know. Receptionist reply with rude and loud voice: why u don't know u have thyroid and u don't know how much mg medicines you take. Just a small incident with in a min 🙂 Hope u guys will replace here as soon as possible or make her taste her own medicine 🙂

Doctor sir is very good and highly professional but the consultation charges is high on middle class people please focus on this sir. Koi jhukham khasi ke liye 700 consultation + 200 ya 300 ki dawai + kiraya bi to 1000 rs hogue.

Great staff and Dr. Ashwin Garg is well educated and very well spoken doctor. He gives great advices and medication. The clinic has its own 3rd party lab testing clinic options and pharmacy also. Sometimes the token system and waiting queue troubles you alot.

One of the best ent clinic...very god guidance

Here the ent specialist have lots of experience. Around 11 years ago first time I visited them and that time I got very good consultancy from him. Now again I visit this place with my known person and got good response. Chemist shop is available inside the complex and you will get medicine from there only. They also do the surgeries related to e n t but I don't know about dental. I you want good consultancy from experienced doctor then you can visit this place. It is little bit expensive but compared to other private hospitals it is good.

Clinic is famous for ENT in dehradun city as Dr ashwin garg is known for best sepacilaist. Dr. Sarika garg is taking care for dental treatment. Staff is cooperative and caring. Consultation fees seems little expensive as compare to other ENT amd dental clinic. One can also buy hearing aids from here as for this separate cabin is there to consult. Car Parking is little challenging at this place. Rest is fine.

Money making hospital. Doctor and it's staff are trained to act like robots and not give any time to their patients. Doctors are aware that the patients will not refuse any xray etc and as a result extra money can be made. Everything is done in a rush or hurry. Please don't go with the Photos attached here. It's all show. Super thumbs down. They have no empathy with the patients
