We came to know about Pack the bag Tours from our Facebook friend . Right from beginning their responses were good and dealt things with ease. Our tour was Delhi -Shimla-Manali-Delhi-Agra-Airport drop. Our pick up cab from Delhi was Mr.Kuldeep Singh(HR38-AB6252) ,excellent driver and great positive attitude. Entire trip went well as our dear driver was highly professional and made special bonding with all of us. Even my 6year old daughter is so fond of him. Our stays were Kamna resorts Shimla & and Primo resorts Manali .Both were equally good with delicious food and warm staffs.Only concern was roads leading to Kamna resort as it is a test to any driver. I started planning my trip 2 weeks ago and reached out to multiple travel planners and later in found pack the bag tours on Google and found amazing reviews (both in quantity around 90K with 4.9 rating) which is amazing. I reached out to shiva and he planned the tour very precisely to our needs and duration. It was an amazing trip well organised and hassle free in all way. Hotels which were planned were so great all were 4 star hotels. Hospitality was amazing. The best part was our driver bhaiya (Raj Dev) he was so humble polite and professional. He was more of a guide who took us to right place at right time. He was also guiding us for all Do's and Don't which is very important when you are not local. We planned for 5Day4night premium package which the best I guess in their portfolio. You can compare with others they offer the best price at best class service. Recently I have visited Manali and Shimla, I have contacted Sachin Rawat from this organization, He actually projected a very compatible and feasible Itinerary. We took a 5 Night package and the stays we opted from our options were too good. We were assigned with a driver Mr. Sachin who is very polite and professional. He has taken a very good care of us from Delhi to the end of trip He is very calm and knows all the places suggested so many good places on the way and did not hesitated any time. Cons: - I have felt only bad in the whole trip is candle light dinner It was arranged in the room itself which is not good as the items were so frozen I couldn't enjoy or feel the vibe of candle light dinner arranged at Ashapuri Village Manali. They have provided a very cheap wine aswell which is so bad.

Hi, Myself Sumandas, We went with the pack the bag tours package Honeymoon trip. The places are very beautiful and enjoyed, but totally disappointed from pack the bag tours and Mr. Sanjay Kumar the cab person, no one contacted us from the pack the bag through out the trip to guide us. Even cab person also not guided us and he took us to the adventures point where they took us money from like anything. From solang valley to sissu is around 15km, but cab person totally misguided us and we payed heavily for many adventure games. Sorry to say this pack the bag, we choosed because of very good reviews but total disappointment and not worth the money we paid. Hotel we stayed is Hotel wild Rose, Ambiance is good and food is ok. The people who are going for Tube ride, skiing, Yak ride are not at all worth for the money we paid, always pay to the point and moreover people who guide us also important. It's not the money we paid but good experience is must. It comes only with proper guidance and support

We booked shimla manali 6days 5nights package. The trip was amazing. From the beginning to the end we enjoyed a lot. We experienced snow at Rohtang pass, it was pleasant to see. Hotel room at shimla was pleasant to stay. View from the Hotel room at manali was good to see. Our cab driver. Ramesh gujjar guiding us properly to coverup all the places in shimla and manali.

After lots of research we came across “Pack the bag tours” for our trip for Delhi-Shimla-Manali -Kasol-Delhi.One of the best part about the them we felt that they customised package according to our needs (we requested for 4star properties only with great views ofcourse and added Kasol to the package)Also they were just one call/message away for our queries.(which we had a lot😃). Second part was Money as we compared a lots of quotes from different companies this was the economical one. Since we were not ready to compromosie on any of our ask. One small hiccup that we felt was we were not very happy with the hotel we got in Kasol.(Hence the four star review). On of the best part about the journey was Driver Bhaiya(Mr Ashwani Kumar) who was with us for the whole journey.Not only he was very well mannered and helpful.He made sure the car is always clean and tidy and was very helpful to our needs.(Also we enjoyed his singing in the car with radio a lot😊and tried a song or two together since the journey in the car is long. The decision to choose Pack the bag tours to visit Manali-Shimla-Delhi with my family was the best choice I made in 2023. I got in touch with Mr Shiva months before my travel to India and he has helped throughly in terms of the itinerary planning and recommendations as I am from Malaysia. As I was sceptical at first in terms of the tour quality and now that I have completed my trip, I am 100% recommending this company and Mr Shiva to be your travel planner. I planned the tour to be 4 days at Manali, 2 days at Shimla and 2 days at Delhi. The accommodation was excellent at all the 3 location which made my family comfortable including my 1 year old baby. The food at the accommodation was amazing as well. The best accommodation I had was in Manali which is Ashapuri village. Even with the temperature at -10 Celsius, we were staying in warm and cozy room with hot water 24/7. Mr Shiva was constantly in touch with me throughout the tour ensuring our wellbeing. He even was flexible in terms of last minutes changes in the itinerary and communicated with the driver to accommodate it. This was helpful for me as I no need to be strictly following the preset itinerary and always can change according to my needs. Lastly, I really admired the driver provided for me (Mr Rohit). Even though he do not know English and I do not know Hindi, he was still effective in communicating with me through WhatsApp. And I was impressed with his driving skills manoeuvring in tough himachal terrain in the big tempo bringing my family safely.

I came for my honeymoon to Shimla, stayed in Royal Regency hotel and their services is excellent. I don't know Hindi, but Our cab driver Mr Sansar is helping us in translations and couple photos. Cab service is also excellent.
