Extremely bad behaviour of one of the owners. Charging as pr their wish. No MRP is on the items. Very poor service. Never suggest anybody to visit this place. They provided me half of the item in fish tank filter and attached the old parts with it. Shame on them.

Worst shop i have seen, i had bought a 40k aquarium and after buying it i asked for the bill, he said if you want a bill you need to pay another 18% for GST that he should have told me before buying it, worst experience, never go to, owner is also very rude and unprofessional. Looting our country also by not including GST.

I was looking for some aquatic plants that seems to be a rarity in Dehradun. I got them. Appeared to be weak but new shoots were seen. Trying my luck. They have a great array of pet foods, aquarium fishes, playthings for pets, pet houses and so on. Prices are certainly on the higher side. Do check Amazon for every item before you buy.

Absolutely useless sick fish remains dead after bringing it home, tell the owner of the shop, he says that this happens every time it is brought, every time it dies on the same day.

This shopkeeper has variety of fishes. But very poor customer Handling. He is bussy over the call everytime, the customer are waiting at the shop for his response and prices & yes prices are higher then many other shops in dehradun.

They dont care about any fishes there whole aquarium has formed cloudy inside due to lot of ammonia There fishes keep dieing inside but they don't feel to look after that simply its floating with live fishes Coustmer experience is also they start to fight with there own staff only creating a nuisance.

I visited this place many time. I always feel that this is my shop because staff and owner are very nice and sweet. They always treats Customer very politely. All goods are very attractive and cost are also under budget. I will give 10 on 10. All variety of Aqua world are available in one roof.

the shop is well-stocked and has a decent selection of accessories and products for various pets. I recently bought male guppies from here. This might be the only shop that has guppies in the whole of Dehradun, as far as I know.

Worst fish tank service provider in Dehradun. I bought a fish tank and faced pump failure issue so I contact them they promised to provide another pump but after many follow up and Visit they couldn't. They called me once and inform to collect but it was different model they were not sure what they promised. So my experience was horrible.

Really good shop for pet supplies , they have almost everything available at all times,although most of the time pricing is either slightly more or same as Balaji , but they have much bigger stock availability.Far better than idiotic dealers like Pearl aquarium.
