It was nice place for family get together.

Went to their Rispana branch & ordered 3 cold coffees. Just an average cold coffee, more like a cold sweetened milk lacking the aroma of Coffee! Since one of my sister's friend had enough time for his Bus departure to Chandigarh, we have no other option nearby than to waste our time in Gulab. We ordered Crispy Chilly Potato next, as what they have mentioned on their menu. The potato seemed stale, worst Chilly potato I ever tasted. The ambiance was ordinary and the prices are high. One of the AC above us was not working and when we asked a waiter to rotate the wall fan towards us, he rudely denied. It seems neither the management was interested in customer comfort nor their staff. Wasted our 440 Rs at Gulab. Will never recommend this place especially Rispana one to anyone!

Apart from good sweets. Well if you are paani puri or chaat lover. Do try it there. Charges are little bit higer than the other places but yes you will love it. Specially chaat. Ambiance is okay okay for family type visit. But overall a good place. Service is fast. I will rate it 4 as compared to the other sweet shops. I tried Cold coffee and chilli mushroom too. The taste was average. If you are looking to spend half an hour to one hour near respana pull to wait for someone. Gulab restaurant is a good place for it. Go and enjoy. This place is near the petrol pump or you can say just next to it. Sweets like boondi ke ladoo(desi ghee) are also famous here. If too people are going there you can manage within min 150-200. Thats my personal opinion about it. And max you can spend as per requirement.

Nice food .. Parking options are there. 30-50 sitting capacity. Fresh sweets are there.

Bad quality of chocolate (don’t buy). I was so happy to see the famous chocolate sweets which I have been eating since my childhood but the moment I ate your chocolate I felt like I am eating some tasteless sweet with added flavours of some kind and some dalda type material. Only good thing in your chocolate is that it has very less sugar. Seriously you need a huge improvement in this particular sweet.

Bought Chum chum on Diwali.. Served it to guests and it was smelling foul and was of worst quality. Next day shop was closed. Today reached to shop to complain. The owner didn’t accept his mistake and didn’t return the amount. Worst quality, worst service, worst attitude

This place is good for sweets and street foods but do not expect much from the main course food provided by them..Poor food taste, exceptionally slow customer service. Even after complaining for food quality, the owner/manager did not bothered to ask. Overall bad experience!!

Not good . They deliberately tell that their card swapping is not working. They can take jio hot spot to run tha machine but denied saying no network. Dosa was not upto the mark too.

Very bad experience. Food full colours. Also found hair in two dishes. Dishes are dirty. Also the gol gappa smelled very bad as if stale.

Amazing in Taste . Gulab is one of the famous Sweet Shop Brands in Dehradun. It is Located Near Rispana Bridge. All kind of sweets are available there. I tried kaju barfi, laddu and Ras Malai. Taste was amazing.

For special occasions you can’t rely on them. Purchased this whole box which was pretty costly and they couldn’t add ₹10 packing sheet and ruined the whole thing

I had dinner in this outlet. Let me tell you my experience I this restaurant 1. Ambiance is nice 2. Interior is also good 3. Taste is not up to the mark 4. Butter paneer was so so in taste 5. Chilli paneer was good in taste 6. Worst vada I had here 7. Rava dosa was thik thak 8. Sambhar bhi just ok tha 9. Lassi bhi thik thak thi Not so much great 10. Kaju barfi is good option here buti don’t like rasamalai here. So overall it is only for one time. Better restaurants are there nearby⭐️⭐️

Worst Experience. Big Name and Poor Quality Food. I ordered Veg Biryani and Aalu Parantha at Gulab Rispana Bridge outlet. After taking delivery when I opened the pack at home, the whole veg Biryani was like as if sand and soil was mixed in it. The whole good was like 3rd grade stations or jhuggi type of hygiene and taste. Very bad first experience.. How insensible such an outlet can be!

Too much expensive without any kind of taste… I visited there with my family… they charge us almost 600 for 3 chaat nd pani puri…. Even owner was rude too….for sure im not going back

Costly, average ambiance, and didn't had cake. Tikki was almost raw, I asked chowmein with less veg, he delivered with a lot of veggies.

Dining area is good Provide a variety of sweets and food. But a little bit costly and delay in service. They have water problems in their washroom and wash basins. Try vegetarian thali.

Bought sweet ( malai chap) in rakshabandhan , sweets were sour in taste. Went all the way to return the sweets ( they exchanged it though to fresh one)

One of the good places in town for a lunch, the owners chose to stick with the basics - good taste, affordable price and a decent hygiene. The place is not too fancy so cannot be compared to the lavish restaurants. Still it does the job right and serves good food at an affordable price. Great for office lunch break

Very Poor Service, Ultra slow staff, they won't even ask you for your order or water. You have to aks and poke the one man staff several times to attend your table. After ordering you can count 20-30 mins to get ur food ready. If you want to waste your time and money then it's an ideal place to go.

Very bad sweet I purchased gulaabjamun on 27.07.2021 and took it home. It was stinking and was sour in taste. Water was filled in middle. I have lost truat upon Gulaab.
