Good hospital for local people only. If your home is not in nearby place then you may face various kind of difficulties. I am from Bokaro, Jharkhand.Believe me friends I visited this hospital multiple time approx 10 times to treat my parotid swelling..Till now I did not get surgery date..I visited by taking appointment for various test and scans .Dr.R.D.Arora,(ENT) was my prime consultant .when I visited to show report ,each time I find different Doctor .each Doctor write different kind of test..for example Dr.R.D. Arora suggested to get done FNAC,and xray. For FNAC I have been called two times..When I visited 2nd time to show that report to the same Doctor.He was not available on his day and found other doctor .He saw my Report and suggested to get done USG and come with report.Next time when I visited I found Junior doctor ,He looked report and write various test RFT,TFT,CBC etc. On next visit I found Different Doctor,he saw my report and suggested MRI . Although I visited on proper day of my prime consultant ..I was surprised that each time I found different doctor. They don't follow the Proper Routine..Pathetic... FOR MRI I got very long date (3months)..When I visited for MRI on proper date given by authorities, MRI machine was not working. Now ,again I get new date for MRI test.. I wasted my 6 months for treating my Parotid swelling .. Result is zero.. apart from that I wasted approx Rs.30,000 INR on Fares and stay in Raipur for hospital visit..My home is 700Km far From AIIMS Raipur.. Why I visited? AIIMs is good hospital you can trust on it. Very clean campus .But some time you may face difficulties..if you come from outside. Good hospital for locals only.. Keep patience if you get long date for various scans and tests. Advice from me to Management and authorities- Please keep your doctor on proper day as mentioned in Routine so that they suggest patient a proper test and scan and see particular report. You have to work in system there is no vip treatment whether you are rich or have connections. No doubt it's time taking procedure but every thing have their pros ans cons. There is no better hospital than AIIMS hospital in raipur chhattisgarh, I liked the rules here very much and the cleanliness here is highest, you will not see dirt anywhere. The water facility is amazing, the bathrooms don't get dirty at all. You cannot find such facilities anywhere. The money that is spent here is negligible compared to the rest of the hospital, here there are doctors and nurses who give their 100% and take a lot of care. Nice place but very time taking first you have to register then take appointment then make card then go to the department and then wait for opd and after that dr. Write test then again stand on long line for billing and in final we got long numbers of days for test and then we got test result after tow to three days after test and then again book appointment and sit long time in opd and then we met doctor and get final conclusion for illness

It is a very good hospital, the undertaking made by the Government of India is very good and there are high level doctors and nurses who treat and care for the patient properly. May went to medical oncology, he is still on treatment for my brother-in-law(Name:Raju Sahu, raipur) who is a cancer patient, treatment is going on very well: now better than before

Staff are not approachable, lack of people handling skills , behave rudely. It takes a lot of time to generate or arrange tokens even if it's an emergency case, very slow process and sluggish staffs. I think all of this is due to high numbers of patients and less number of govt. Hospital with good facilities.

Best experience in AIIMS. I delivered a baby here. Normal delivery. I salute the patience level of all the staff here., Except one two people, full staff is very supportive. If you want normal delivery you should go AIIMS. Fees is also negligible.

I had bad experience I am suffering from stone in both the kidney and I have visited 2 times in urology department with sonography report. Urologist said there is no medicine for stone I requesed so many times but he said no.. And I came back to home and taken medicine from outside. Bad experience

Very good quality treatment offered at nearly free of cost. Well-organized, clean and modern infrastructure to support multifunctional health concerns. Only con is that the treatment procedure is slightly time consuming. However, the doctors and staff are extremely well-behaved and cooperative which somehow compensates for the time consumption. Worst experience. The day we admitted the patient they started telling us that go to another hospital, we don't have that treatment. Infrustructure is nice canteen area is good. Cleaning is also nice but the main thing which we need is totally missing. So if you have serious patient don't bring hear coz they'll refere the patient somewhere else.
