I locked my room while I was changing clothes, suddenly a staff barges in to check warm water supply that I had complained about a day back. No knock, no door bell, he simply opened the door as if it was his own room, to my surprise the door lock was just an eyewash, anybody could open it from outside. 1st of all,why did the manager gave a room that had no proper locks knowing a lady will be staying? 2ndly, why isn't it instructed to knock or ring doorbell before a staff enters? 3rdly, nor the toilet flush was working neither the centralised geyser , to this I had to complain to the staff but they didn't do anything about the same. They shifted my room to another one just beside my previous room only after the horrendous mistake they did otherwise they were okay with all the complains I did from day 1. I wonder the upper management of this hotel must be from a very uncultured background that they dont have basic decency. Junior staff might make mistakes but its the duty of upper management to maintain a decorum in work place. I wish what happened with me repeats with the wife and sister of the owner and hotel manager, and then just say "sorry we are ashamed". The hotel completely blamed the person who came in but my point is, the complete hotel including the upper management is to be blamed who is sleeping peacefully at home not bothered about whatever has happened. 1st you all learn manners and decency, only then try and run a hotel !!

Very unprofessional behaviour by the staff… Had a booking of two days but at the end of the first day the staff started calling me to pay the beverage bill of the first day. From the start of the 2nd day I was in a meeting with a client of mine and this person named Rohan Tandi kept on calling me to pay the first day bill. My luggage was also there in the room on the 2nd day also but this guy kept on calling me to pay the bill of rs 350 that also in cash in hand at the hotel. I requested him to wait till I come but this guy kept on calling me to pay the bill. Such an unprofessional behaviour by the staff. Would never recommend to choose this hotel. On my comeback these guys arguing with me as if I had run away taking there 350rs. Literally I had the worst hotel experience in my lifetime. Didn’t expect such a rude behaviour from the staff of such a huge property.

I am regular guest of downtown hotel. 1)online no. Is never reachable. 2) as we are ordering anything we have to wait for atleats 30mins for beer. 3) in room there was no slepper, no dental kit, no tea amenities. 4) no respons from housekeeping. This time service was very poor. As all team was changed. In restaurant price was also too high.

THEY REALLY NEED TO BE TRAINED ON THE HOSPITALITY ESPECIALLY THE LADY IN FRONT DESK. We have been visiting this hotel from past 1 year but never had such bad front desk experience. There mgmt has changed and they are very rude and obnoxious. Earlier, there had been instances where they would allow early check-ins and late check-outs, and front desk staffs were so warm and accommodating but this time even though the room was empty they still made us wait for 2.30 hrs since we had early morning flight. We were there in the lobby from morning and we saw 2-3 rooms checked out in front of our eyes and still this lady in the front desk did not give us the room upon the availability. We kept on requesting her but she made unprofessional silly excuses and still made us sit and wait all tired. Coming to the room, the room was clean and housekeeping remains the same so room was good. But air-conditioning didnt work properly.

ROOMS - They have changed the furniture and come down to mich inferior quality and lesser no of chairs as compared to my visit last year. FOOD - They charge as per 3 star standards but availability of the menus is only 10% as per their menu. Also, the food taste is cheaper than a roadside stall. BEHAVIOUR - They have kept staffs as scapegoats who just listen to visitors complains quietly which is very very unhealthy approach taken by owner. It's just the opposite of what I have got during my last stay I don't know the reason but surely I am not booking in future and also would recommend all people to just blacklist this hotel. It's only then will their owners come to the groundlevel and sort out the issues.

This is really a very peaceful place. My family loved the place. They have a Decent restaurant, The rooms are a bit ok, . Food is very nice . Overall a good place for stay , staycation or even a weekend outing.

Horrible treatment by the staff. Thoroughly unprofessional. When we sought redressal of our complaint, the management was very rude and sexist, refusing to listen to or talk to women in our group. I would please to everyone not to book and visit this hotel at night, as they will try their best to take advantage of your situation and charge exorbitant prices while treating you horribly.

Great Value for Money Hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, goes out of way to help, especially the guy at reception. Location is very prime and easily reached out by cabs. Rooms are clean and spacious,though linen can be little more clean. Restaurant prices are on higher side and there is also an attached bar and spa. Overall a great property. Would like to visit again.

Hotel is ok/good customer service The worst part is you have flies in rooms plus during night you can hear rats running across the ceiling of the room. While sitting in the restaurant too we have seen rats running at the corners of the wall. I feel if your with kids better to stay away because of rats, its a suggestion but call would be yours

If you want to sleep on blood stained bed sheets, which are also torn and hidden under blankets, good luck with staying at this hotel. We booked this hotel hoping to get a decent, clean bed to sleep a night but overall experience turned out to be a nightmare. All bed sheets, pillow covers, blanket covers etc had oil/ color/ blood stains and were yellow instead of white. When asked to change the sheets, the staff brought a decent white sheet after multiple tries. The feedback we got from the staff was - “sir our laundry company gives really bad service”. Question to management- if you are aware of a bad laundry vendor, why cant you fix the problem. I hope you understand this destroys your brand value - whatever you have. Anyhow- after 3 tries, the staff could not find a clean blanket cover so we decided to sleep without a blanket and ended up shivering and cold through the night. Not worth your buck and emotional stress. Stay away from railway station as most hotels have high turnover and don’t care as much about decent service.

This is good property to stay At Raipur must visit and really good service from alll staff and Aslo food is Good you have limited choice of veg food but all are good in test i am stayed here for 4 days . Really enjoyed the most .As my opinion Good Hotel to stay.

Staff is not supportive. They're charging more than actual tarrif. Poor management among them. All they care is making side income From the guest. Could be better if staff is replaced with trained hotel management graduates.

Can't give four stars ⭐. I stayed there for two days . I have to call three different nos. to solve issues. Washbasin was not too clean. There toiletries were not up to mark, shapoo& body lotion provided by them without mentioning any brand and date., so we didn't use. For a extra coffee mug I had to dial three numbers and after that they send a broken mug😁. They provide tea bags lying in open in a cup without cover. Over all rooms are quite big and good bt need proper care.

We had booked the hotel online with the payment done in advance but when we reached the hotel we were told that there were no rooms available. So had to wait for 30mins in the reception area till we were provided with one room.

Old building renovated however poor service. Out of the two rooms one room had lock issue which took them almost half a day to fix. We have booked each room for three person (family with a kid) however only one bath towel provided. Called multiple times for another towel which I have not received. Food is expensive

Not worth it. Disappointed by the lack of maintenance. The toilet had cockroaches - the place needs pest control and they can at least provide basic toiletries. The soap was in a soggy paper packaging.

had the best experience ever ! The staff,service food ambience everything was spectacular! Had a smooth flexible stay ! I 1000 percent recommend , will surely stay here when I visit raipur again.

Overall a good experience but they should give water bottles to the guests. Just a request to them, please keep everything fresh and do provide toiletries.

I stayed 2 night,Hotel located & Room interior is good. There are some improvement point like fruits & Juice not available in the breakfast. Restaurant having issues like no meanu in room, no Verity in seasonal vegetables. Service is also not upto the mark. Major set back is hotel don't have Laundry facilities.

The hotel management is worst he need to learn how to talk.. he is such a badtmiz i have never experienced this type of staff in hotel.. it iss nowhere mention that hotel management can take any decisions but that manager is I don't how the management hire him
