I
locked
my
room
while
I
was
changing
clothes,
suddenly
a
staff
barges
in
to
check
warm
water
supply
that
I
had
complained
about
a
day
back.
No
knock,
no
door
bell,
he
simply
opened
the
door
as
if
it
was
his
own
room,
to
my
surprise
the
door
lock
was
just
an
eyewash,
anybody
could
open
it
from
outside.
1st
of
all,why
did
the
manager
gave
a
room
that
had
no
proper
locks
knowing
a
lady
will
be
staying?
2ndly,
why
isn't
it
instructed
to
knock
or
ring
doorbell
before
a
staff
enters?
3rdly,
nor
the
toilet
flush
was
working
neither
the
centralised
geyser
,
to
this
I
had
to
complain
to
the
staff
but
they
didn't
do
anything
about
the
same.
They
shifted
my
room
to
another
one
just
beside
my
previous
room
only
after
the
horrendous
mistake
they
did
otherwise
they
were
okay
with
all
the
complains
I
did
from
day
1.
I
wonder
the
upper
management
of
this
hotel
must
be
from
a
very
uncultured
background
that
they
dont
have
basic
decency.
Junior
staff
might
make
mistakes
but
its
the
duty
of
upper
management
to
maintain
a
decorum
in
work
place.
I
wish
what
happened
with
me
repeats
with
the
wife
and
sister
of
the
owner
and
hotel
manager,
and
then
just
say
"sorry
we
are
ashamed".
The
hotel
completely
blamed
the
person
who
came
in
but
my
point
is,
the
complete
hotel
including
the
upper
management
is
to
be
blamed
who
is
sleeping
peacefully
at
home
not
bothered
about
whatever
has
happened.
1st
you
all
learn
manners
and
decency,
only
then
try
and
run
a
hotel
!!
