One of the best ice cream parlours in town. Natural taste. Lots of options to choose from besides seasonal availability. Bright attractive multicolor interior makes you feel good. Outdoor seating available too. Like the fact that there are dustbins outside too. However, plastic waste is a concern. Single use plastic spoon just to have a taste is not acceptable at all, especially in a world where plastic pollution has become a menace.

My all time favourite flavor is coconut ice-cream. I have tried shake too. It is really tremendous in taste. Mesmerizing in another world. Almost all flavours are good and its natural made without any chemicals. So its like healthy and tasty both. Sugar is also very mild. Can try other flavours like sitaphal, litchi, kala jamun, Roasted almond and many more. Must visit once.

Nice location quality is good but due to overflow staff is doing irresponsible behaviour with customer,they need to increase there staff,only billing counter person will talk properly,rest is ram bharose,overall quality of icecream is good but u need to counter check quantity of icecream scoop.need to improve staff behaviour rest all is perfect

I love The way they treat their customers... As u enter the shop they greet uh , warm welcoming... Also the ice-cream they serve is exquisite nd delicious... Uhh can get ur fav. Fruit's ice-creams like mango, coconut, jamun, sitafal(custard Apple)and rosted Almonds, kaju malai etc.... The ice-cream will be served uh on either cups or wafer cones as uh wish... Overall they have Descent service and superb ice creams... Uh Must go there nd tryout various ice-cream flavours.

A regular naturals store. Parking is limited here as the store lies on one of the busiest roads of Raipur. But, very much reachable to the public living near University and Tatibandh.

There is a minor lack of facilities in every visit like sometimes there are no online payment options available. At times it's like you spend some time deciding your flavour and then the staff tells that the flavour is only available in family pack tubs. Apart from this, the taste is excellent and service is prompt as well.

Mostly the flavours are awesome but this time tried hopeless flavour called mango sundae. The cut pieces of mango in plain icecream base and charge single scoop for 150. Do not even try this flaour and the staff persuades to purchase this flavour. Rest all ok and readymade flavours are great as usual. Tender coconut still remains on top of my list.

Good Taste, natural flavour ice cream ,But Blue berry ice cream is not good ,try other flavour ice cream.

This is the best ice cream that I have ever tasted. The mango flavour ice cream with pieces of actual alfonso mangoes in it, tastes like heaven inside mouth. Only thing is that we have to eat it at the store itself and also, it's available only in summer season. Other than that, I have tasted coconut and sitafal flavour and both of them are also awesome. They also serve ice cream shakes, which are tasty but too costly. Tasted sitafal shake and I can vouch for it. Naturals is a highly recommended store for ice cream lovers. Although the ice creams are a bit on the costlier side, but the taste of it justifies the pricing.
