Tanishq is a product of TATA and it was really visible when we visited Tanishq at GMS ROAD, Dehradun. Then way they welcome you, the guard, the sales person and every staff of Tanishq. We were attended By Aashita Mehta ji and she patiently listened to our every requirement and provided every necessary information. They really have beautiful designs in comparison to other jewellery stores. They provide us with certificate for diamond. I would always prefer Tanishq in comparison to other jewellery stores.

My experience with Tanishq was awesome. The staff is courteous and polite. I bought jewellery and Miss Paridhi attended me well, she is supportive and gave me complete attention. My only feedback to you is that you can have more variety for rings and diamond sets, I felt that the variety was less and could have been more.

I had been purchasing from tanishq for a while now, but visited this outlet yesterday for the first time, I had the most terrible experience. The staff was disinterested in showing any jewellery and spoke very rudely. I am not sure if it was because of the fact that I had to claim my golden harvest scheme. Never expected this at tanishq.

The staff is not cordial .They treat customers with such suspicion as all of them are thieves. Sales person spoke with my daughter in such a bad manner " you do not touch the items" This is the last time I purchased gold from Tanishq GMS Road Branch.
