Being one of the eminent i must say my experience with you was not satisfactory. You must be aware of few reasons. 1- You were showing imprecation towards your staff whereas you have very few designs available at that moment so what was her fault? Even you took time to manage some more designs which is very easy for you (owner) as compared to your employee. 2- I assume that you are aware of that statement customer is god. Atleast you should have some etiquette towards your customer to ask for water/tea/coffee whereas your staff were having tea in front of us but they didn't even bothered to ask us which was really very disgraceful instead of that your staff was interested to sell your kitty schemes. 3- while my inquiry over telephone with you regarding hall mark your replies were very disrespectful you were like it's Sunday what we can do and you can take your money back. Anyhow what i ordered (guloband) design was very good and service was quick thanks for that! I hope it will surely help you out for your future reference

Pathetic experience, simply waste of time ,none of the sales person will take responsibility regarding your query and product purchased, they are not even bothered to ask for tea/coffee, lack of etiquettes,just busy focusing on achieving sales , customer satisfaction is zero, they were treating as we were nothing .

Bad customer service, highly disappointed with the salesperson’s behaviour, they don’t attend their customers well, also the jewellery designs are outdated & not as per modern taste, won’t recommend 👎

Really a thug. Charging making charges @22% equal or more than Tanisk. Running a kitty which a big fraud. Against the final settlement not ready to pay raw gold or gold coin because Firm is charging higher making charges and also some big theft in weight or so on, which is not traceable to Customer.

Staff Nidhi is extremely rude to customer, I travel entire way from Delhi to buy some jewel but she spoiled my entire day...Horrible. I suggest everyone to go and buy stuff from Ms. Pooja only.

Horrible experience.. The accountant Nidhi have serious attitude issues as she doesn’t know how to talk to customers, she should treating customer like they are their slaves, we pay money in advance to get our products purchase. Helpless arrogant lady, Managment should take action to keep retaining their loyal customers like me, Ms. Pooja is extremely helpful and because of her I am sitting in Delhi and buying stuff from DDN.. Owner of FC, Please take my feedback seriously as I noticed she was treating other customer also very rudely.
