admitted by some one reference for fever but after admission i apologize for this. Very bad nursing staff totally care less towards patients. Doctor even didn't ask patients about his/her health. And the charger are really high . Pls dont visit this hospital 😔 😞

The doctor here is very nice and capable they handle cases quite professionally and give very much desirable results. One thing that I am give 4 stars not 5 is they does not have suitable arrangement for patient's family members. If you have to stay for couple of days they only have chairs and if you want to sleep you have to sleep on ground. Although they have canteen so you can eat food which is good. It is a very busy hospital you can admit with Ayushman card which is really helpful for lower and middle class peoples who cannot afford the expenses.

Senior doctors and supporting staff helped a lot and provided a very good treatment to my son. Very satisfied with the overall facilities. Only thing is they should make their fee more reasonable, it is on the expensive side.. hope darbar sahib will look into it.. Rest everything is quite good..

it is the third class hospital, doctors have igo problem, they dont even afraid of complaints. they know no one can do anything. nursing staff also does not respond to queries. pathetic services. i would highy recommend to visit any other hospital execpt this if you anybody is looking for good treatment and care. my father is admitted since a week and only 3 test have been done, rest of time we are waiting for the doctors visit, which is also not happening.

Worst doctors. Shame that such a reputable hospital hire them. They burnt my hand with laser. Staff used to drink tea while doing laser. Didn't know how to operate machine. I am scared for life. Gave me mental and physical trauma for the rest of my life. Why they don't say earlier while consultation that they don't know how to operate the laser machine. As far as legal case is concerned I have all the proof of my burns with date, doctors name , person who did the procedure, how the procedure was done wrongly,even the technician name who put the laser machine at your hospital.( As he was present while doing laser and shocked to see wrong procedure) So its better not to argue on public platform. If you want i can post all the before and after photos here on this platform with your permission.Even after these sufferings i didn't take the name of the doctor and staff. For treatment it's good as far as ivf treatment is concerned at fourth floor in North block. Dr. Aakriti Gupta is no doubt is a good doctor and highly professional as we have experienced. She is Very hard working, Perfect Consultant and got good behaviour with the patient having highly professional pleasant attitude. The cleanliness of the hospital and the small talks with the guard was the only thing I liked other then that the 4*4 clinic is better than this big money eating hospital, the HOD Dr. Gupta doesn't recognises his patient after treating him for 1 month he said "when did this guy was admitted?" he insulted my family it was a good thing I was not there at the time or I would have beaten everyone in this hospital to a pulp. My mother was admitted for her treatment in psychiatry ward,,ward no 21 (Middle Block) of inderesh hospital. As when we admitted her condition is too bad bt when Dr.Shobhit Garg started the treatment she got better day by day... They treated her very well..Thanks to all junior staff especially Dr.Anusha Aggarwal (Junior Resident ) for helping us and taking care of her . If any thing is below Third Class then, its way below that. Very unprofessional Doctors, they never came on time in-fact did not come for their routine visit. My Mother is admitted for some tests . She is given a private room, which looks like never been cleaned in years. My Dad who is near 80 year old is expected to push the food trolley . No one is there to answer to phone calls or to attend. Very bad attitude of the staff. I REQUEST PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. ITS A BIG FRAUD.

I'm very satisfying for hospital services and staff cooperation because my father was admitted from 11/09/21 to 28/09/21 in emergency ICU in total 8 days and rest of the admitted in gastro general ward because my father case was very critical. Thanks to Dr. Amit Soni Sir (gastro depart.) Dr. Gaurav (P. G) & Dr. Prashant Sarda Sir (Radio intervention depart. ) they all doing well great job and handling this case very seriously and carefully. Currently my father was discharged from hospital and feeling better.

My wife was admitted to this hospital,north block 6th floor (TPA private ) for surgery ( breast cancer). The doctors are really good and that was the reason we chose this hospital for treatment. But a patient spend most of his/her time with the nursing staff and according to me they are the backbone of any hospital. Complete nursing staff was very professional and efficient in their job and at the same time they treated us like our own sister or daughter. Full marks to the nursing staff. The only negative point I would like to mention is cleaning of the toilet. It really needs improvement. Rest all was good.

Unexpected experience with Aayushaan team. The lady sitting in admission counter in corner. Don’t have a common sense after making a file of patients have to tell them, where they have to visit for next. We asked her she told go to security guard and asked them. It’s seems like unprofessional behaviour. Security guard don’t know anything. Just we are going up and down 3 . 4 5th floor 4 time with the 72 year old patient. He can’t able to walk and he was suffering with pain and walking on stairs.Even don’t have proper lift service in some old areas.. Can’t believe educated people have this kind of behaviour and they are working in hospitality industry..very shameful

This is the condition of the bed for patients in TB isolation, wating last 1hrs and getting answer from them bedsheets are coming,why this kind of behaviour management is having because my father using Ayushmaan card and for that he has to get this kind of treatment from the one of the best hospital in Dehradun. Patient just sleeping on banch nothing is there no staff no care for the person. After facing 4 hrs formalities with the management we got a bed without bedsheet. No one ready to tell the right direction even the lady sitting making a file in Ayushman counter not ready to tell where we have to visit, They suggested to go to guard and asked them where we have to go next, they think gaurd is much educated for then them

Nephro ward 15/11/22 My father was given good care by the nurses as well as attended regularly by the respective doctors. Being a big hospital there are some cleanliness issues which can be improved. It's good if one cannot afford expensive private hospitals.

Had a very satisfactory experience when I accompanied my brother to the department of internal medicine. The registration was quick and waiting was just 15 minutes. The follow up too has been very smooth. It is the most reasonable service available anywhere in the country. Just Rs 100 as consultancy fee (valid for a week). Three cheers.

I was in the hospital in the Oncology dept. for 3 1/2 weeks and my experience was very satisfactory during that time. The entire team of doctors was very professional, polite and cleared our concerns very patiently. Regardless to say the care and kindness along with being very good with their work is there and we recently were admitted to the TPA Private Ward on the 6th floor of North block and the nursing staff be it Ankush , Soniya ji, Divya and all the other were very caring and loving towards us and other patients as well so was very relieved that not only the doctors the whole staff is very caring towards the patient. Finally would like to thank Santosh ji who handled all our admin work and tirelessly helped us in every step of our treatment .Would highly recommend for oncology.

Urology sx This time I had good experience with the services of the hospital staff and especially the bathrooms were neat and clean but still need to have good care of the ward in the night not that much clean is it needed too. Hospital is Good, And IVF Dr. Akriti is a wonderful doctor. She not only discuss the problem with patient, but explain everything nicely. One feel confident to take the treatment. The staff is nice and helpful. The atmosphere of the hospital is calm and cool. The only complaint I have is that , there is no discount on the payments . It would be very helpful for the people if you (authority) provide with some discount.

De-addiction center Shri mahant indresh hospital de-addiction center I was treated very well and Dr. Tapasya rajya Laxmi shah is strict as well as she cares for the patients a lot. I learnt a lot. I had very bad experience with this hospital, my mother-in-law git admitted just for vomiting and fever .we took her to emergency ward then supritendent ask to have some test, it was of around 5400 then only she got admitted. After 3 days they took her to ICU because she was getting unconscious due to some medicine in gulocose even she was diebatic. After 2 days in ICU they put her on ventilator and told us that we are putting her on vantilator to make sure she will survive. After 6 days on vantilator when her body start sweating we asked doctor why her body is smelling then supritendent told us she have done loo . Her eyes ratina got spread and we were sure that she is already dead and got inspected by some local doctor. He confirmed that she is already dead, then we asked to doctor to provide discharge report they told us that our billing system is not working you take your patient without any discharge document This was just because we told them we are taking her to some big hospital. She was already dead when we bring her back to home. On the same day her body was sweating like she was already dead 2-3 days before Please take care of yourself and you family and be aware of Dr.SP Singh As he was still saying that your patient is ok and you stay here and this was just because we were having Ayushman card.
