For the initial days, it seemed to be an average over rushed place. But trusting the doctor, going as per his advice. Started finding difference after couple of sessions. He and his team takes care of every individual. Quite clean and well managed place, never seen a clinic like this. Dr. Damir is a very nice and humble doctor along with excellent managing skills. I m almost completely recovered now, having recommended by my freind. I dont regret coming to the place. Will recommend others also. All the best.

At the initial days of the treatment, you will feel the Doctor and staff is very helpful and cooperative but the truth is that a doctor should be caring and generous to his patient rather than focusing on running his own business. He only gives priority, time and talks properly to his VIP patients and do not care about the general patients who suffer from pain and needs him at that time. The day he will see you personally, he charges extra money from the regular checkup that day. its the moral duty of a doctor by profession that instead of focusing on his own business and money, one should be generous to the patients and look after them regularly instead of totally depending on the staff. My experience with time has worsen with him. I hope every doctor must understand that the profession of a doctor is a noble task first rather than a business. we have got treatment here for more than 1 month but no cure is seen

I visited here few days back for my upper back pain and also for my mother’s neck and back pain which she has been suffering from years. After taking his first session, me and my mother felt quite relieved unexpectedly. After taking few sessions here, there has been a lot of improvement. Earlier I had visited few physiotherapists but no one treats the way Dr. Aman does. He literally has magic in his hands. He is perfectionist in his field. A perfect example of a person having qualification with excellence. He makes his patients very comfortable and provide them with the best possible treatment in quite nominal charges. I highly recommend his treatment to the needful.

Amazing doctor. Results were visible on the first day. Came here to get treated for pelvic tilt and Lordosis. There was a sequence of treatments like stretching , warming and chiropractic treatment . The doctor was knowledgable and friendly. I felt much better after my first session . Recommend it to anyone who needs proper and quality treatment .

Dr. Aman Damir is the best Doc in Physio in Dehradun. I had an ankle injury and I roamed around Doon to all the best Orthos but hadn't had major improvement. I had lost hope to have the healed ankle but then one of my friend suggested Dr. Aman Damir and I had my full recovery in 15 days. Pathetic experience. His treatment doesn't deserve 1 star even... I went for my back pain but from there cervical was also added. There was 0% recovery even after 2 months of treatment. When I stopped going there, they started calling. dr Aman offered free treatment for a month (FOC) to save his reputation. After that, I went for 2 days... the treatment was so bad that even after that I didn't go there. And I'll never recommend it to anybody. Staff is unprofessional and Dr doesn't diagnosed the actual problem. I had very bad experience. They just doing experiments on patients. There I wasted time as well as money a lot. The patient trusts the doctor and gives his time and money...and dr is just doing experiments. And never accept his faults. I am adding here a reply to your reply... Sir, don't try to cover up your mistakes here. We did not demand free treatment from you. we said clearly that if you fix it, we'll pay. We have given charges for 2 months so we could have paid further We had stopped coming when there is no relief even after paying the charges then why waste money and time? Let me remind you, you have called 3 times but the 3rd time my husband said that there is no relief, so we stopped. Without relief, we will not be able to afford it. Then you offered FOC. We are taking treatment from the best center and 40% recovery has done in 1 month. And there are more charges than you, but it is also necessary for the patient to be satisfied. It is not only a matter of money, it's about satisfaction also. The difference is that they started the treatment after a correct diagnosis, not just to earn. And for that, the doctor should give treatment himself, not depend on the staff. Firstly, it's important to diagnose, which you had not done before, then how can I get relief?

I was suffering from Chronic Back pains (on/off Sciatica due to a GYM injury). Went to many physio's at the time in Hyderabad and Doon but never recovered completely. I came to Paras because it is not just physiotherapy but Chiro as well. After few sessions of alignment the dormant pain started coming back the then slowly receeded. So let me preface this by saying that if you looking for a 1 day fix this is not the place. I had close to around 15 sessions before I was able to see noticeable improvements. Dr. Damir knows what he's doing, the place is well maintained and the staff is very professional which is quite rare. My friend referred me to this place and I was not disappointed,. Hopefully this review helps some one else who might be in the same boat as me.

My experience with paras physio was really good. Dr. Aman Damir is very experienced and in just one day my problem was correctly diagnosed. After one session, the inflammation in my foot reduced. The staff is very polite and well behaved. Sakshi ma’am is a wonderful therapist. She worked so so hard with me, absolutely magical healing hands. Kajal ma’am is also very sweet, she works very hard and is never late to respond to patient’s queries. Always ensures max comfort. Dr. Aman Damir has trained everyone so efficiently and treats everyone like a family. I’m giving 4 stars only because of the long waits. Rest, I can assure, it’s worth the wait.

Too Expensive not for middle class people to afford, no fixed treatment fees, neither they treat early as they were before when they started. Now their only aim is earning by increasing more and more sitting. Dr charge his own for treating means you need to pay 2 times for single day. Never seen such buisness in any clinic or hospital yet.

It's always a bliss to get corrections done by Dr Aman . Have been visiting him since 3 years now and it always feels like some magic happened and the problem just vanish. He has worked wonderfully on other members of our family too which were persistent from a long time.

I went to the clinic with a lasting pain in my neck and shoulder, for 5 sessions and came back with either more pain or the same pain I went in with, post each session. From the initial days it seemed like there was an attempt to pro-long the treatement and it was filled with shenanigans like adjustments (at extra fees) which had nothing to do with the main treatement. I asked them to tell me excercise that I could do at home to supplement the sessions at the clinic, the response always was that they'll tell me next time. I was traveling outstation so I couldn't continue the sessions, but I was anyway looking to change the doctor by the 5th session.

Had therapy for rehab of left knee after ACL reconstruction surgery.....my knee has improved well and is now in very much good condition only after 01 month of therapy. Dr. Aman is a gem of a professional and kudos to Mrs. Ankita (my therapist) for her heartful efforts and dedication in helping me getting better.....thank you so much Paras physiotherapy 😊

I have been suffering from sacral joint and related lower tailbone pain for the past one year. It was very bad and unbearable. Aman and all his staff (Kajal and Ahuti specifically took care of me), have helped me greatly towards recovery. I was in dehradun for a couple of weeks and managed to get 8 sessions in. There has been tremendous improvement. I just wish I was there longer to get the last little bits of pain out! Thank you very much. Dr. Aman Damir is a very friendly, caring and empathetic professional who will give individual and personal attention to your unique physical ailment very closely and treat you with care. His physiotherapist team is very adept. I had a jammed right shoulder which I could raise properly overhead for years. He diagnosed the problem and his physiotherapist team treated my shoulder with stretches, virbrational therapy and temperature therapy and fixed it within a week. Dr. Aman Damir also has an extremely jovial, happy nature that itself is nice to interact with. He talks very nicely to his patients and he has tremendous calmness for them.
