I was suffering from lower back injury and pain from last 1 year and all renowned doctors in dehradun had told me that my condition would stay the same, I can only control it and not rectify. Then someone told me to visit shakti and there I met Dr. Rajat, the team was very warn and to my surprise they did not even look at the MRI report, but checked my back and told me exactly where the fault is and how the same would be corrected and then strengthened. My experience with Dr. Koshambi has been great. I’ve been to four osteopathic sessions and have noticed a considerable decrease in pain. I’ve had chronic issues with neck, hip and back pain for about 5 or more years. I’ve tried physiotherapy sessions, Acupunture, panchkarma and lots of medicine over the years without much improvement. After the first treatment I had improved range of motion in my neck and my hip was about 30-40 percent improved! This is amazing results considering how long I’ve been dealing with these issues. Well, Dr. Rajat Gupta and his team acted like gods for me!!!!! In 2019 I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Life turned really difficult after that phase as this is a untreatable auto immune disease after struggling with numerous top doctors from Delhi and Dehradun area all I ended up with was disappointment, dispersion and hopelessness as nobody could answer anything that I was going through or if I could ever lead a normal life moving forward. I have seen a couple of chiropractors in different areas and each of them has their own way of working. I came to see Drs at Shakti Clinics Here Doctors as the practice is highly recommended. They completed an assessment which included measurements to assess nerve function/ irritability as well as X-rays to look at my spine and structure. The assessment was very thorough and I was given an explanation on what the treatment plan would look like over the next few months. Back pain, jaw issues, autoimmune problems, chest/rib inflammation, hip dysfunction, headaches and neck pain were the main problems we planned to address. The actual sessions with Dr Koshambi were very straightforward and consisted of very similar adjustments each time to target the issues. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Over the course of about Nearly month of seeing Dr Koshambi regularly I did feel relief in my back and ribs, especially post-adjustment. The sessions were planned to be thrice a week and we did our best to stick to this. My hips also noticed a difference and when the scans were redone it was noted that my nerve function/flow had improved dramatically but the autonomic system function was still not optimal (bearing in mind this does take time). Overall I have been happy with the service received, my only issue would be the short time frame as adjustment sessions last between 5-10 minutes where I feel the practice could definitely benefit from additional soft tissue/ more integrated service which would be the perfect fit for me (this would differ from person to person). Paying the price to see a chiropractor and osteopath and then additionally for any soft tissue or trigger point problems at a physio or another practitioner can become costly, but if you are purely looking for the adjustments this is a great choice! Additionally, any reports or results you want copies of come at an additional cost and are not included in the bundle you pay for.
