Excellent doctors and well mannered staff . Fair treatment and good quality of care.

Well, i do not know much about the doctors as this was my first visit. I went there on a friend's recommendation to meet doctor Jagdish Rawat(chest specialist) and was charged ₹600 as consultation fee on the reception. However they charged me the consultation fee just to let me know that the other doctor will look into your problem as he is not a specialist and still prescribed me a medication.They simply refused to adjust my consultation fee with another doctor. So they precisely, they charged me the consultation just refer me to another doctor Dr Pankaj who is gastro antologist in the same hospital. My ratings are based on the kind of value system they follow. I don't think I am going to them or will recommend anyone to go to them.

I met Dr Pankaj Dixit to consult regarding my Ulcerative colitis problems ..i was suffering from last 3 years..prevesly i had seen many doctors and have eaten so many medicines but i was not getting cured..i was frustrated...but since m under Dr Pankaj Dixit sir treatment...i can say i am 90% better .. Dr Pankaj Dixit sir is very experienced in his field and is very comfortable to talk to... 100% recommended for all gastro related issues...Swasthya Hospital is very neat and clean..

Very energetic nursing and administrative staff ,so cooperative and doctors are so helpful ,especially Dr pankaj Dixit sir, very polite in nature and treat patients and diagnose disease very well . I really suggest every one to visit here if you want any medical treatment..

I went for my father lungs issue, on covid second wave he god for us in face of doctor. Consultation was superb even recently on february 2022 I visit for my father only, results are awesome. Staff os so co-operative either amit, amarjeet or reception desk. I wish best wishes and growth to hospital. In dehradun we really need such kind of hospital, as well as doctor like rawat sir & pankaj sir.

Worst experience ever the doctor is late to 3 hrs and we are still waiting for him the receptionist is telling he is coming within 5-10 min but now its more than 3 hrs.

Dr. Dixit is good at attending the patients but punctuality of the doctor is questionable and the staff behaviour is objectionable. The receptionist is of another universe attitude, she is like “doctor toh apni marzi se aayenge, unhe kon bolega”. Another one at the general test is like “yahan log 8 bje se number likha k baithe hain, aap to 11 bje aayen hain ,wait kriye”. The doctor is scheduled to come at 12, i don’t even know why, what timing is that, and then attends after 1 pm. Illogical reasons and very inappropriate behaviour of the staff.

Very irresponsible , stupidly expensive and good for nothing..I submitted the blood samples for cbc and blood group 3 months ago and I haven't received it yet😂....NOT RECOMMENDED 🚫
