Rahul Sir is a true professional, his knowledge, confidence and attitude are second to none . I would highly recommend trying his classes whether you are looking to lose weight, get fit or tone up .

I have been going to this gym from last 1 year and i have seen growth in my body as well. In my past i have gone to many gyms but this is the only gym i love to go because the trainer Mr Shekhar Sharma is a very Humble and Proffesional personality and helps alot in exercises and the very important thing is that this gym is affordable to a middle class person overall its best gym with best trainer and with best guidance.

Gym is okay but the owner/trainer is rude, non interested in talking and carry a lot of negative attitude. His overall body language and the way he responds is very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I will not prefer nor suggest. Thank you
