First of all place is really nice in mid of nature. There are 2 cases: 1. If you traveling by your own vehicle: then its really nice place most preferable 2. If you don't have your own vehicle: Then you should totally avoid this place. As there is no transportation available for it. Its around 20 km from city. And there's no proper transportation system to travle to local places. Think

Such a beautiful place in the midst of nature away from city's busy noises. Every penny spent was worth it. The food is affordable and the service was also good. I have no words for the room ( canopy one)with separate balcony. Excellent job. 🤌❤️

I stayed here in December. I am super happy that I booked this stay, though it is quite far from the city and getting a cab is difficult. But the owner helped me a lot with booking the cab. The staff is very generous, they arranged Bon Fire for us. The rooms are spacious. You can see the constellations easily as the sky is very clear.

Location of this Gostop in Maldevta Farms near Dehradun is amazing. You get this well structured and maintained hostel with a large garden area in an offbeat place without the hustle and bustle of so many tourists flocking,unlike the popular tourist spots. A good place to relax and be with your friends and family. Good for backpackers as lodging is affordable. Parking is available for free near the hostel. Rooms are adequately sized with nice, clean and well spaced washrooms. Private rooms are specially recommended if you're going with your significant other. Private rooms cost way more than dorms so do your research accordingly. Note : This place does not have a dedicated kitchen or cafe. All of the food served (everything) is ready to serve frozen food. Parking is available for free. There is a nearby waterfall to go to and some good places where there are natural pools and a seasonal river. For food, you can search around the nearby shops/dhabas that serve food.

An amazing place if you’re looking for something offbeat! The location is straight out of a scenery The rooms are kept neat and clean and the staff was really helpful and kind. Before booking this place, keep in mind that its a hostel not a hotel. Hence under 18 are not allowed. The food service is only based on ready to eat type of food. The most important thing is mobile network coverage is only of VI and no other service provider has their service there. However the hostel will provide you free wifi.

Definitely a place to consider if you're planning to stay in maldevta... The vibe and ambiance is great. The rooms and dorms are fairly in budget. Firoz is the guy who helped us the most throughout our stay there.

The location is very remote and difficult to go to. The place has no coverage for Airtel users. Although, they offer wifi but if you are planning to take up office calls. The internet drops pretty often which would not lead to a good professional experience. The place has good food which is not very expensive and has clean and tidy rooms and washrooms. The location despite being so difficult to reach has its own beauty. It is a very peaceful spot. You can just sit and look at the mountains without any hindrance Overall a great place but only if the place had better internet or any reception it would be much better.

Gigantic massive property and beautiful view location in the lap of nature near the river and mountains and greenery around. But that's it. No phone network connectivity, no road connectivity, no transports nearby and wifi of the hostel was barely there. If you don't have your own vehicle it will get very difficult for you to travel around almost next to nil as it's in the middle of nowhere and you won't get cabs on ola or uber too. And the nearest township market is atleast 6kms away. No shops nearby even to buy a bar of soap or toothpaste. Even the hostel doesn't keep toiletries. I was surprised. Roads are totally broken towards the property as some construction was in process. And people play loud music and come in big groups and make lot of noise. Cafe is open 24*7 but food quality isn't that great. Nearby there are two small shacks where there's just option of maggi and aloo parantha. So forget about good nutritious food while u r in this property. Good just for a weekend getaway. And a big NO for workation.

Reaching this place might be a struggle cuz of the location or if you don't have your own/rented vehicle. But, once you reach here, everything will be worth. I went for a solo trip and I'm so happy that I chose this place for my stay. There were some groups, couples, & even families who were enjoying their moments. The staff was so welcoming, food was nice too and what else could anyone ask for.

it was a nice stay in the lap of nature, far from the city crowd. Best to go with own vehicle, the roads are under construction. surrounded by mountains and greenery the stay was very calm and relaxing. They don’t have large variety of foods but the food and snack they serves is really delicious and tasty, one will surely love that. I suggest toiletries should be provided at least for private rooms.

I went to this place last year around in April and the view was superb …. Rooms are pretty good and the staff is really friendly but the one thing I hated the most that there are so many insects in common area at night time as it was rainy day that day but otherwise it’s a really good place to spend time and there is no disturbance of any traffic or other things, it’s a really quite and peaceful place !!

A unique and wonderful secluded stay worth visiting. The only cons I found was that only vodafoneIdea sim works here but Many thanks to Kunal Joshi for providing with a super fast dongle with a VI sim that was a life saver for our trip as we had planned a workation for this trip.

Honestly the worst stay I’ve had ever. The room was Infested by insects. Sheets and pillows were stained yellow. There was some construction work going on till 10 PM opposite our room so there was a lot of hammering and drilling noises. No network. No hot water. Please find some other place to stay which is more habitable

it's not worth the money and effort. It is difficult to get here by bike: the road is bad and dusty. The view is so-so: maybe because it's February and it's not the season. Noisy due to workers. The most expensive rooms look very bad: dirty windows, front doors like in a toilet at a bus stop. Too early check out at 10 am: you pay a lot of money for the rest and have to wake up early to leave the hotel.

Best place to enjoy the isolation. Disconnect from the rest of the world. There is no network but the goSTOPS provide WiFi so WhatsApp call will work.

Beautiful surrounding, very calm and quite place, but the people you meet here will make you feel lively. Awesome place if you want to work in nature, and also want to get a friendly, social life. Disclaimer don't expect extraordinary food with all luxuries.

The location is beautiful but it's difficult to reach if you don't have your private vehicle. Food isn't very good but it's an amazing place to chill.

Stayed here in the dome room for two days. The location is perfectly amazing for a nature lover like me - 360 degrees view of hills and a river stream flowing alongside. The architecture and ambience of the dome room adds to the beauty of the place. The hostel is in a remote location. So there is no phone network for Airtel in this area, but the hostel has wifi. There are only two restaurants within walking distance, which provide basic dishes (maggie, dal, sabzi, roti) the taste is good. The hostel lacks a proper common kitchen and an in-house cafe. The common areas have a positive vibe with comfortable couches, games and vibrant colors. The hostel staff is polite and friendly, but slow/inactive in the processes and communications. The ac of the room was not working for the first day, and technician could not visit due to rains and remote location. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant stay.

First of all people with local id are not allowed (heard first time with any stay), i dont know why they made that kind of rule until & unless they have some kind of bad history with locals. My free advice EVERYONE IS NOT SAME They can have a bad experience with the outsiders as well. Well tried to copy Glamp eco (HP), it is way to similar if we talk about price but other wise lots of differences + bad staff behaviour + hygiene + really big lizard all over the place. Overall bad experience, rather then paying for this i would prefer to pay locals for home stay or cottage stay.
