Its good not so great. Movie experience is fine. Uncomfortable seats some of broken also. If your budget tight then you can go and watch movies here its cheap compare to other cinemas hall.

We watched "Major" in this theater. Experience was very nice. Sound quality is very nice Screen is also very large means no any compromise in video and audio quality but sitting is not so comfortable even in Premium section of Screen 2.There is no proper space for couples 😂. While it's the nearest Multiplex and staff is amazing, I doubt I will go there again and reasons are very basic, even after buying Platinum ticket to the show- - Platinum seats are torn, foam was peeking out, not just 1-2 but multiple ones. - AC is not working in waiting area - Mosquito biting inside the hall, I should have kept odomos - Screen colours are dull - Surround Sound is erratic. Only good part is warm & welcoming staff and clean washrooms.

Quite good as a cinema hall....seats are okaish..foods are also good... price of seats and food are reasonable!! But the mall is not satisfactory...the shops are not complete!! And don't go by the name plantinum seats in carnival cinemas.... they are nothing but a slightly better comfortable seat then the gold ones... Don't expect recliner at this price!!!

Good theatre overall just that picture quality seems a little blurry and it was too dark in last movie i watched here which was drishyam 2 the brightness suddenly went too low in mid way

We went to see drishyam 2 there. The toilets were very dirty and smelly and some of them were not working. After the interwal, the qwality of the film worsened, there were glitches and then it stopped working altogether. Worst experience

Reasonable price for multiplex movie lovers, good screen, sound and comfortable seat also but it is foolishness if you compare with the costly PVR cinemas, cause it's a muddle budget multiplex. So let's not talk about the 5 star PVR But in my opinion its one of the nicest cinema in Dehradun. As a movie buff I used to watch there. Overall it's a nice arrangement just a bit less than PVR. Budget friendly and always get tickets online & offline, no rush is there maximum of time.

Pathetic and broken Toilets. Poorlt maintained. Carnival cinemas at Vikas Mall Dehradun do not offer basic coffee. Listed items are not available. Worse you can't even order from outside, so suffer. Worst experience.

It's a small movie complex with 2 screens. The hall was clean. Some hot snacks and drinks are available. There are a number of nice eating joints in the complex.

Watched Vikram in SCREEN 2. The projector was wobbly. The screen is very poorly maintained. Sound quality is also poor. Suggest people not to watch movies here. The songs sounded better with my earphones than the theatre audio. The sound mixing was very poor.

Me and my friends (total people were 3) bought the most expensive tickets and when we were about 1 hour in the movie i feal something against my shoe i just shrugged it off and after 5 minutes the interwill came do we went to get popcorn nd coke and after we asked the guy to give it to us he just ignored us and left and there were 3 options of popcorn ( caremal ect) and they only had plain popcorn so we just bought smtg else and went to continue the mover and while going up the stairs there weren't lights on some stairs so my sister fell and spilled her drink everywhere and then i after going back to my seat i felt something going up my leg and when it was gone my friend scream and we saw a rat Ya a rat climbed up my leg and on my friends back Oh and also the roof was broke and ac wasn't working
