People at the reception don’t know what palliative care means. This hospital boasts of having a palliative facility but when we call on the number given they have zero idea and feels like I have called a tailor shop. The first person gave me another number to call and on that number Bhuvanti Sahu picked the call and keeps the phone aside when asked for someone to talk about palliative care. I redialed she picks again and I say that why did you just keep my phone she says what do you want me. I am like! Hello! I have called a hospital number to talk about palliative care and you are busy throwing tantrums when you know nothing. Just hand the phone to someone who can talk. She says all are on lunch. Seriously! I have called a hospital not a kirana store! Pathetic staff. And thank God I won’t be looking into this facility because can’t imagine what service will they provide when their staff is so uninformed, rude and arrogant and ignorant!

Wrost college... 1)first of all you need to spend so much money in transportation to reach this college as it is very far away from station 2) also you have to wait for vehicle as it is not easily available to go back again to the station 3) people here don't clearify everything (they are not kind) !!

Pathetic hospital for covid / corona treatment. Admitted my father in law after covid started infecting his lungs. There was absolute no care in this hospital. It was as if he was admitted in a jail with no care. No doctor was present to look at the reports and suggest medication. Moreover no water was available to drink. Finally after a night and a day of complete ignorance from hospital, we decided to shift to another hospital. They created issues during discharge and were not letting us go. We had a verbal spat with the doctors and were finally allowed to leave.

No doctor I visited last week at 12 they said doctor left, today I visited at 10 they said doctor not yet come till 11, don't know what's the doctor timings

Don't go on other Reviews I am a student of this college and believe me they have best hostels best professors. Unlike other colleges our they do teach us. College and hospital developed so much since I came here. Best place to study far from distractions and they provide transportation to students which is free of cost and you get beautiful view here. This institute is in the outskirts of Raipur, Chattisgarh, it is serving the in the village area, which is commendable, but they need to build a good quality library, don't have quality books and journals in their library for students and faculty members which they need to improve.
