Todella ystävällinen palvelu. Henkilökunta määrätietoisesti huomioi asiakkaat. Huoneet ovat viihtyisät. Aamupala oli huippu. Minulle tähänastisista hotellikokemuksistani ykköstilalla.

Pleasant hotel in the centre of Turku. Nice sauna. Really nice rooftop bar. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Siivous oli tehty jo jonkin aikaa väkttävästi....hiuksia, tahroja pölyä. Aamupalan sijoittelu ei olisi paljon sekavampivoinut olla, eikä aamiaissalin suunnittelussa ollut huomioitu rauhallista ilmapiiriä. Itse ruoka ihan perustasoa. Gluteeniton tarjonta vähäistä, mutta karjalanpiirakoille plussaa. Saunan olemassaolo huonosti esillä ja esim pariskunta, ei voi saunoa yhtä aikaa. Voisko saunaa vaikka vuokrata? Respan nuoret ystävällisiä ja hotelli sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla.

Yövyin tässä melko uudessa hotellissa aivan kauppatorin kupeessa. Hotelli on moderni, mutta silti lämminhenkinen. Yhden hengen huone oli tilava, viihtyisä ja siisti. Aamiaishetki oli miellyttävä. Vaikka tarjolla oli perinteinen hotelliaamiainen, kaikki oli tuoretta ja maistui hyvin - croissantit olivat juuri sopivan rapeita ja hedelmät mehukkaita. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä: kauppatori ja Turun muita nähtävyyksiä kirjaimellisesti kivenheiton päässä. Voin suositella hotellia.

The room we stayd in was clean and quiet, mostly, and the service was great. The only reasone I didn't give a full 5/5 stars was, I could hear someone drumming in a nearby bar(?) and the sound carried into our room. But the sound was barely there, so it didn't bother us, that much. All and all, a great place to stay in for a city-vacation!

Nice hotel in central Turku. The location is great, staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and well sized. The lobby with the café is very beautiful. You get extra parking slots reserved for the hotel. Good for staying for 1-2 nights to visit Turku!

Nice hotel with a basic breakfast. I was A little confused because the hotel was inside the department store sokos. But it didn't matter A bit funny though...

Hotel is located in center of the city. Breakfast is really good, rooms are nicely cleaned based on guests preference. Surrounded by market place, supermarkets and market place.

Very complicated hotel arrangement. Reception is hided parking lot has not direct axcess to the hotel and it is closed during the night . Rooms small with out working table no good for business travelers.

Huone oli 5 kerroksessa ja yökerhon musiikki jumputus haittasi nukkumista ja kuului klo 2 saakka. Asiakaspalveluun voisi vähän paremmin satsata, ei kerrottu saunasta, ei kuntosaleista eikä mistään...

Aamupala perus s ryhmä. Tänään oli harmittavasti myös osa materiaaleista loppu vaikka aamupala vielä kesken. Huone aika huonossa kunnossa ja haiseva. Ei jatkoon.

Huone oli oikein siisti ja kaikki tarvittava sekä jopa vähän extraa löytyi. Iso plussa kunnollisesta jääkaapista huoneessa. Aamiainen oli todella monipuolinen ja erityisesti sämpylät ihanan pehmeitä. Myös ravintola Trattorian lohipasta oli hyvää. Erityiskiitos kuitenkin henkilökunnalle, palvelu oli ravintolassa sekä respassa joka kerta erittäin ystävällistä ja osaavaa. Kiitos!

Kiva paikka, positiiviset työntekijät ja siisti huone. Vähän outoa, että suihkussa oli lasiseinät ja verho, minkä sai vaan ulkopuolelta kiinni, suihkuverhoa taas ei ollut 🙈 Aamupala oli maistuvaa ja yläkerrassa oli kattoterassi! Tuulinen paikka, mutta varmaan lämpösemmällä kelillä oikein kiva 👍 Hyvällä sijainnilla, alakerrassa S-Market, joka myöhäiseen auki ja monia muita liikkeitä myös.

Huoneessa oli siivouksessa lintsattu pidemmän aikaa. Kylpyhuoneen lattialaatoituksen saumat jo punersi paikoitellen. Ikkunassa ja peileissä tahmatassujen jälkiä. Lattia sängyn vierestä hiekassa. Ja miksi verhot kylpyhuoneen lasiseinän ulkopuolella? Lapset kurkkii vuoron perään vessaan kun joku vessassa 😅 Aamupala oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Mutta en suositteli edes koko hotellia lapsiperheelle. Aamiaisella ei tarjottimia saatavilla. Hankala kerätä ruuat monelle samalla kertaa. Lisäksi ruokia oli monella eri pöydillä tosi sekavasti. Lisäksi hotellin sivuilla ehkä selkeämmin saisi tuoda esille sen ettei ole leikkihuonetta, ja tarkemmin lisätä kohdat mitä tekemistä turussa on. Sauna oli ihan jemmassa, ja siellä ilmeisesti oli uima-allas mutta missään tästä ei kerrottu? Miehille ja naisille sauna-ajat erikseen, niin perheen kesken ei oltaisi voitu mennä muutenkaan. Lapsille tekemisenä ainostaan lautapelejä ja kirjoja joita saa lainata 3krs aulasta. Tämäkin tieto ei ollut helposti löydettävissä. Plussana huoneeseen tuotu potta ja koroke jakkara taaperolle. Pyynnöstä matkasänky. Oma jääkaappi eväille, jotka sai kätevästi saman talon s-marketista. Puuhakirjat lapsille ja värikynät. Postikortit joihin sai itse piirtää kuvan ja laittaa osoitteen, ne jätettiin onni oravan postilaatikkoon josta henkilökunta lähettää ne oikeasti postilla vastaanottajille. Huoneesta hieno näkymä torille.

Palvelu ja sijainti ihan parasta😊, isommasta huoneesta todettiin että näkymä sisäpihalle??? Ikkuna avautuu suoraan kokoustilojen aulaan ja alemmassa kerroksessa olevaan myymälään?? Ei tarvitse pitää verhoja auki😔.

Breakfast was a joke, all food was finnish and smoothies also, breakfast was still open but.. Tea was ok but not fresh lemon available. Our room lokated at hide and roof was a view from windows side. Room was clean so that was a nice :) Have to say that this was the first and the last visit.

I enjoyed my stay here and appreciated the renovation. The room was laid out well and the bed was comfortable. There was good storage and the internet connection was strong. I was a little concerned about hearing noise from the adjacent room but they seemed to quiet down. The lobby is great. The breakfast buffet was even greater and The terrace is the greatest in all if Turku.

One of the best sokos hotels around Finland, and I have been to a lot of them. Lovely desing and great location.

My son and I were coming from boat trip. We wanted to have breakfast. Wiklund has it's own offer for breakfast and we decided to go there. The restaurant was cozy and peaceful although there were lot of people. Food was very tasty. I would like to go there again. Service was great and warm. Place is good place for children too.

The best hotel room I have ever stayed in! I have slept in many hotel rooms round the world and this room was the first one I honestly was happy with. The room design was very good and simple. The hotel services was good and car parkin was free on the street because it was a weekend. The restaurant food was not as good as you expected but you do not need to eat at the hotel when there is a lot of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good normal Sokos breakfast.

Great location right in the city center. Entrance a bit confusing in the shopping center. Parking garage a little tight.

They advertised the hotel to be better than it is. a bit disappointed when arriving at the hotel. the is much more out-of-date than the pictures on the internet and ventilation is really bad.

I liked everything in the hotel, the central location too makes it easier to get all that you need. Well designed family rooms.
