Miljöö on upeassa vanhassa kaupungissa ja päälipuolisesti hotelli näytti lupaavalta. Totuus kuitenkin paljastui sisään kirjautuessa jo. Huoneet olivat likaisia, vessapaperia ei ollut, pyyhkeet olivat likaisia eikä kylpytakkeja ollut. Villan keittiön piti olla täysin varusteltu, mutta esim. kahvinkeitintä ei ollut. Tosin edellisen asukkaan kahvinpurut ja avattu viinitonkka kyllä löytyivät keittiön tasolta. Kaapissa olevat astiat olivat likaisia. Pahinta kaikesta oli suorastaan törkeä ja asiaton käytös asiakkaita kohtaan. Hotelli oli valittu, koska luvattiin esteetön huone, josta on esteetön kulku saunaan. Huone ei ollut esteetön - esim. vessaan oli korkea kynnys ja ulkoportaille tarvittiin liikuteltava ramppi. Myös ovi, josta piti olla esteetön kulku saunaan oli lukossa. Kun omistajalle soitettiin asiasta ja pyydettiin avaamaan ovi, hän kiukutteli puhelimessa ja sanoi olevansa juhlissa eikä saisi ketään avaamaan ovea. Pitkän puhelun päätteeksi hän lopulta tiuskaisi yrittävänsä saada jonkun tulemaan. Paikalle tullut oven avaaja totesi asiakkaalle, että seuraavaksi kannattaa valita jokin toinen hotelli, jossei pärjää. Takuulla koko seurueemme todella jatkossa valitsee toisen hotellin. En voi suositella kenellekään tätä lafkaa.

Really disappointed with this accommodation. Staff do not speak and understand English enough to handle situations. Although the sauna and outdoor jacuzzi was a treat but the rooms are a nightmare. If you received the room beside the sauna, be prepared to be disturbed by other guests using the sauna past midnight till 2 am with no prior announcement. Toilet does not flush and was promised that it will be checked but nothing was done and was given another room in the main building with the door unable to locked from inside hence, the whole night sleep was disturbed by random people opening our room door thrice. Slept little and feeling anxious the whole stay. Was told we will be given discount for the misfortune for the toilet issue but instead, staff said the toilet flushes well which we could not confirm when checking out as the manager was not around. This experience has cost us rest, peace and money.

A clean and beautiful hotel (the AC was nice in the summer heat). The breakfast was good and basic though the rolls were really good! In the end I found the place a bit overpriced since the room was quite small and basic. With 150 e you’d expect something extra, like a welcome drink and handmade chocolates in the room or something.

Great atmosphere. Big rooms with terrace. Terrace rooms got parking place included. Breakfast was awesome, also with gluten free and lactose free options. We ran out of shower gel and toilet paper. Some noise (dog barking) carried between rooms.

The price was too high for the quality of the accommodation. The room terrace turned out to be 2 chairs in front of the door where everybody passes through. 1 night was okay, a longer booking is out of the question for us. Breakfast was good and we were able to sit outside (although tables had not been wiped down from the dew - we did this ourselves as did other guests). Postive is the location and available street parking.

Kylppärin hanasta ei tullut vettä ja respa tiesi asiasta, mutta ei oltu vaivauduttu vaihtamaan toimivaa hanaa saatika varoittamaan asiakasta asiasta. Puhelimen laturille ei löytynyt pistoketta yöpöydän läheltä. Hieno vanha kiinteistö, mutta lattioille oli valittu rempassa laminaatit! 😲 Sijainti hyvä ja aamupala ok.

Nyt ei homma toiminut. Poreallas käräytti sulakkeen ja tuli hieman informaatiokatkoa, tilattujen extrojen toimitusta piti muistutella, edellisen asukin vaihtiraidat odotti pytyssä, aamupala piti tilata kolme kertaa että sen sai saapumaan huoneeseen. Muista palautteista päätellen tämä oli vain harmillinen poikkeama. Kiva ympäristö, mukava henkilökunta ja loistava sijainti. Kaikesta huolimatta suosittelen, mutta arvostelun pisteet tulee tästä visiitistä.

Kaunis ja aistillinen hotelli vanhassa kaupungissa. Hotellissa oli hyvä tunnelma ja sisustus oli mietitty viimeistä piirtoa myöten. Omistajaan sai hyvin yhteyden, mutta vastaanotossa oli puutteita. Esim unohdettiin kertoa, ettei avaimella pääse sisälle, kaikki kolme saippuaapulloa unohdettu täyttää huoneessani, aamutakin vyö oli kadonnut, samoin telkkarin kaukosäätimestä vain kuori olemassa, ulkoporeiden päälle laittaminen unohtui ohjeistaa jne.. Muuten ystävällinen palvelu ja kaunis hotelli.

Kaunis miljöö, mutta huone (villassa) epäsiisti, wc valutti vettä ja alakerran wc:n hana ei toiminut kunnolla. Esteettömyys ei ollut luvatulla tasolla. Palvelu oli olematonta ja joissain kohdin myös asiatonta. Myöskään laskutus ei mennyt sovitun mukaan. Ehkä toimii perusyöpymiseen, mutten voi suositella huolettomaan staycationiin.

Suihkusta ei tullut tarpeeksi lämmintä vettä, pelkkää jääkylmää myös vessan hanasta..lattiakaivo ei vetänyt hyvin. Huone nr.3. Aamupala tosi hyvä, hyvät gluteenittomat vaihtoehdot.

Very cute and cosy hotel in the old part of Naantali, an easy walking distance to the harbour. Well appointed rooms and access to a jacuzzi and sauna for all guests. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast.

Beautiful place, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Disliked · No hot water in shower, or even warm...no hot food for breakfast, ham and cheese and so called "self baked bread" raw inside, tasted disgusting and no other bread available. We had to go eat somewhere else, breakfast cost 18 euros per person when for 21 euros in a local spa hotel was very good continental breakfast buffet... not talking that they expected us to bake pan cakes ourselves, one machine for everybody...right, 160 euros to stay! Highly NOT recommend to stay, unless you enjoy cold showers and don't eat in the mornings....

Good breakfast, some small things with cleaning, nice place though.

The location is a bit awkward and maybe a bit hard to find, but the house we stayed in was clean and perfect. Only problem with it was that the faucets and light were a bit too modern and hard to understand.

Nice breakfast, cozy room but a little small. Generally unattended but very nice staff. I recommend it also because it's very near to the Harbour and its restaurants.

Very nice place, modern rooms & very central location. Good craft beer (Stallhagen) selection. Great breakfast!

Only two customer parking spots in the yard. Poor soundproofing, so your experience may vary. Inexperienced young girls as staff. All in all, feels like a real family small business which may be a plus or a minus, but not very good value for money.

Place is nice and original but everything just seems half done - for ex. there's a coffee machine but no cups, coffee or spoons (but there are saucers and sugar), 'large room' is actually quite small but with a massive(ly useless) bathroom with no door handle on the inside (?!?!?)

Really nice and cosy place. Friendly staff and probably the nicest breakfast I have had in a hotel/bnb. Only thing that takes away a star is the price, but if that is not an issue then you will enjoy your stay. Note. The beds are really soft (in the good and the bad)
