As a waitress myself it really hurts to see someone giving a customer the "what do you want" attitude. Even the good food didn't help the experience a lot unfortunatly. Since it already happend similarly some weeks ago I decided to not come back to eat here anymore. Maybe bigger groups or finnish speaking guests are luckier. The food was really nice though.
