Loved the hotel. Room small but comfortable. Clean and tidy. Shower good. TV fine. Hotel staff very helpful. Breakfast included and good selection. Near park with Turku Art Museum. Near centre of town so good access

Hotellin sijainti on todella hyvÀ.

Super nice experience! All rooms are different, vintage all around, and out. This is a must!

Very run down place that seems stuck in a kitsch 80’s world. The hotel is from the outside charming but the common areas as well as the rooms are extremely dirty. From broken glass shards on the carpet, hairs and mould in the bathtub to crumbs on the desk it had it all. One of our rooms had also a very unpleasant smell. The photos online are not accurate and considering the price you can get much much better in Turku. The staff was friendly and apologetic however they didn’t refund or discounted any of the rooms and charged us for the second night of our booking although we decided to leave after the first night of no sleep. The pillows were old and very hard one room I believe even had a millet pillow. I would never rate this hotel above a 2*. The breakfast was sparse and basic. With a bit of effort and a renovation this hotel could be lovely.

Hieno hieman omaperÀinen "casthouse". Paljon katseltavaa hotellissa, suosittelen.

Aivan ihana, uniikki hotelli. Poikkeaa positiivisesti eri ketjujen hotelleista. Palvelu ensiluokkaista, jokainen huone erilainen. Ehdottomasti kokemisen arvoinen!!

Ihanan pieni ja idyllinen hotelli. YstÀvÀllinen henkilökunta. Huone sisustettu runsaasti, kuten kaikki muutkin hotellin tilat. Ihan kuin olisi saanut oikeuden yöpyÀ museossa. SeinillÀ ihania tauluja ja vitriinejÀ tÀynnÀ sisustusesineitÀ. Kokemuksena mahtava.

Cluttered, long in the tooth, and, well , weird. Biggest issue is that the musty air (there is no air circulation) gave my wile allergies even a couple of days after we checked out.

Our night was a bit of dissappointment, as for some reason there is two seperate beds in suite? Also we ordered "special" breakfast as we are vegan, but I had to ask about every single item seperatly. "Do you have vegan cheese", "Do you have vegan yoghurt?". When I mentioned about it while checking out my concerns were ignored.

Very nice hotel, close to the center. Overall a nice and pleasant environment. On plus private parking, good breakfast and friendly service. Overall, I recommend it and will use it again myself. The only thing missing was a kingsize bed in the room (there were two separate ones, you had to put them together, but overall I recommend) 😉

This place advertises itself as being 4 stars and they most likely have deserved that in the past. I would say three plus. While the building itself is lovely, it's starting to be quite worn out. Our beds were squeaky, and two separate beds (had assumed a king bed, but we didn't check beforehand so that's on us). Shower curtain was dirty and had a hole in it. No place to hang coats even tho there's plenty of room for a coat rack. No air conditioning but luckily it wasn't a hot weather. After slushing the toilet it kept making sounds. Phone charging not convenient in the room. Breakfast was sufficient but nothing special. Our table linen was quite dirty which should not happen in a four star hotel. We didn't get to interact with the staff much but they seemed like nice people. Parking space was in the hotel's own yard, very convenient. All in all, I think this could be a great hotel (maybe even the best in Turku) but would need a serious lift up operation and renovation. At the very least, more attention to small details is needed.

Fantastic little hotel with great location and staff. Recommended. Note that tea and kettle for room is chargeable hence "ok" 3 stars only. Rooms maybe would benefit from a refresh as they are beginning to look tired but that's part of the charm of this hotel.

Very beautiful room! Clean and quiet. It is very easy to get to the hotel from the station. Friendly reception staff. The garden is well maintained.

The Park Hotel was very different from the photographs on the website! It was threadbare, outdated and downright dirty and dusty. The rooms were cluttered with a few nice furniture pieces but most had seen their hay day.. The very old fashioned lampshades had not been dusted for years and when I went to bed, I could not find my pillow until I looked underneath the bed where someone must have kicked it. The bathroom was not properly cleaned either. The breakfast did not look appetizing. All in allI I was very happy to leave the place. The staff were absolutely very helpful and friendly. But I can't understand why the hotel has so many stars and received an award last year.

Cool looking building but everything else is below average. Shabby rooms, ragged furniture, old TV, not so clean bathroom. Asked for a double bed but got two singles put together. Dirty glasses and table cloth didn't make the otherwise OK breakfast any better. Don't know why people keep rating this place highly. Big shame as the building is nice and location is good. This place must have been magnificant in the 70s, but seems like nothing has been done since to keep it in tolerable shape. Location doesn't justify the high price. Staff was nice though.

What a lovely place. Quite quaint hotel with very friendly staff. Jaakko greeted us promptly upon arrival. The choices on the breakfast table were really good. I'm guessing you can order whatever you want from the kitchen but I saw absolutely no need for that.

I have stayed at Park Hotel Turku twice and I just love it. It is an old buildings but very well maintained. Rooms are lovely, the patio is so.peaceful and you can enjoy a cup of coffe, a glass of wine sitting next to the fountain. Breakfast is very Finnish traditional but there is also variety. Staff is very nice. Just steps walking from the Park where you can also relax, walk around with your dogs or sit and have a picnic during the summer months.
