Evaluating restaurant Backas is extremely easy. Based on my own experience, they put a lot of effort into the quality of the food here. There is organic and local food. The settings are versatile and the flavors vary, tickling the taste buds. Even more attention than usual has been paid to the layout. Points must be given to the staff. It is rare to see such an expert waiter at work. The source of the ingredients for the meal had to be found directly from external memory. The rest of the staff knew about it too. As a customer experience, I remembered a very unified operating culture and a warm, positive atmosphere. Others should also come here. The building breathes its own history and the overall look is profoundly peaceful. Forget the rush here. On the day of the visit, an incredibly wonderful sunny frosty day was also a plus.

Of the places where each dish is presented separately, this presentation was the all-time low. Food.. well, yes.. Pretty good as a meeting place and excellent parking facilities

Great man, the apple pie drink in the picture was particularly successful.

A lovely and lovingly restored manor, which also offers an excellent setting for meetings. A lush park-like environment! Although the manor's gigantic land area has greatly decreased over the years, apples and herbs can still be obtained from the own garden, a little further e.g. deprive. The manor's restaurant focuses on local and organic food, and the food is mouth-wateringly delicious! The manor organizes a variety of events throughout the year, the closest ones now on May Day and Mother's Day. Plenty of parking space and a barrier-free large-sized toilet with a baby changing table. The summer cafe opens on May Day!

We just went there after calling them to confirm if they were serving brunch and was told yes. The 'brunch' was more like a brekfast with little choice of food (sausage, bacon, egg, ham, salami, cucumber, tomato, salad leaves, porridge, yogurt and a couple of cakes). Based on this we found it really overpriced (25€ each) and I don't think we will come back. Would be nice to see more options (also vegetarian) and a selection of teas for example. The building is nice but really dull inside with no decorations whatsoever. It would need a little touch of love to be more inviting. 1 star for the staff and 1 star for the cleaning.

Delicious traditional breakfast offered here -- coffee served in wooden mugs, yoghurt with berries and oats, smoothie, ohrapuuro with home made apple sauce. Favorite best was the muikkupiirakka. Manor located in a beautiful surrounding. Enjoyed walking around the area.

Has nice cooking love the dried meat they sell just excellent

It hadn't been thought that it would be too cold indoors. There have been heaters in the past, even a blanket would have been good. The food was not pleasant, the meat was too hard, tasteless, the other side dishes were average, I would have liked more, when the place is so nice.

I photographed a wedding here and it was such a lovely experience. The food was great, and the spaces were just perfect. I especially liked how the gardens looked in the end of may when the apple trees were in bloom. I highly recommend this as a wedding venue. - Maria Hedengren Photography

Not a great experience. I would have liked more of a handmade stamp on the food. The mash was good. Cool space, stains on the tablecloth that had not been taken care of. A plus for cloth napkins.

Nice New cafe. Traditional beautiful buildings and nice yard.

The food was good and the hill under it is fun to play snow wars on. Also good for sledding and you don't have a dumb paywall.

Nice place. You can get there a cup of tea, coffee or have a nice dinner.

We went to see the summer theatre show Olen suomalainen. Excellent experience in a beautiful venue.

Authentic ranch romantic place with friendly employees. Warm welcome and felt like you had arrived home. Lunch menu was like you would had dive in the story of that place.

Only two out of three friends made it to the Christmas lunch. At the end, when paying the bill, it turned out that we have to pay for our missed friend's Christmas lunch, when the reservation was made for 3 people. Infuriating. In corporate sales for large orders, I understand, but for private individuals this type of financing. There is a mention of the reservation conditions on the page, but at the very end of the page when you can make a table reservation right at the beginning. Even the 0.5l bottled water offered with the meal for 3.20e was greedy. There was no water jug ​​etc.. comprehensive price for Finnish water. When leaving, the counter offered a free bag of dated mulled spices...I've been to backaks twice, the first time and the second time. Feedback from the lunch itself: a basic Christmas buffet, with the imprint of your own hand, for that price.
