Although
the
prices
are
competitive,
customer
service
are
available,
and
parts
are
on
stock,
I
had
a
very
bad
experience
with
them.
I
bought
a
new
motherboard
ASUS
X570
wifi
plus
just
2
weeks
ago
and
paid
for
their
BIOS
update
service
to
make
sure
everything
should
work
fine
with
the
latest
computer
parts
(i.e.
Latest
AMD
processors).
They
guaranteed
that
they
updated
the
BIOS,
in
their
receipt
and
via
their
customer
service
call.
However
we
encountered
several
compatibility
issues
with
the
processor
and
RAM
during
the
assembly
and
the
PC
does
not
even
boot
up
to
the
BIOS.
We
were
troubleshooting
what
part
could
be
wrong
(i.e.
motherboard,
Ram,
GPU,
CPU,
power
supply).We
spent
3
days
trying
to
figure
out
the
problem
ourselves
and
calling
their
customer
service
to
help
us
but
still
we
were
stuck
on
the
issue
and
we
finally
sent
it
to
a
professional
instead
to
help
us.
Finally
the
diagnosis
was
that
the
BIOS
was
not
updated
and
therefore
cannot
read
the
CPU
correctly.
We
incurred
additional
cost
to
let
a
3rd
party
professional
check
the
problem,
since
there
is
no
way
we
can
figure
this
out
ourselves.
Jimms'
customer
service
constantly
conveyed
that
they
have
updated
it
and
"it
should
work"
and
should
not
be
their
problem
before
we
went
to
a
3rd
party
repair
shop
to
help
us
diagnose
such
problem.
We
paid
for
service
that
was
not
done
and
the
company
made
us
look
stupid
for
believing
that
they
did
a
good
job.
Now
they
would
not
even
compensate
for
such
a
hassle
that
they
caused
us.
Just
sharing
my
bad
experience
with
them.
Hopefully
you
don't
encounter
such
a
hassle
from
this
shop
