Nice relaxed atmosphere for exercise with 24hr access. That way, you train whenever you want to. Very well equipped with almost all of the machines that you'd need. They have dumbbells from 1 kg all the way to 100 kg! Also, there is a section for "professional" power lifters (or just people who are serious about powerlifting). All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The fees are extremely reasonable.

A one-of-a-kind gym, really. Awesome equipment made för heavy lifting togheter with one of the most humble and passionate managers/proffesional powerlifter i've met. The armosphere in this gym will not only make you stronger, it will grow you as a person. This is what training is all about! As a swed this is probably the number one reason to revisit Finland again 😉
