We always love going there. The interior is cozy and cute. The seating is pretty casual... a couch, a bar, and some small tables and chairs. Staff is nice and friendly. I highly recommend it! Their fried vegan cheese (smazak) is very good, as well as fried cauliflower, curry, bowl... it’s all good.

This place is fantastic. Lovely cosy decor, friendly service (you really feel welcomed) and amazing vegan food. It is so peaceful there, you can relax away from the city centre and enjoy a nice river view! The cakes are seasonal, freshly made, not too sweet and just delicious. Found this place by chance. My husband and I went to the farmer's market at naplavka and didn't find anything we wanted to eat. I have passed by this place many times, but looking in, I think I always thought it was just a store and didn't expect to get such great food. I highly recommend the place!!

I had big expectations will all these good reviews but got very disappointed. We ordered açaí bowl and the portion was very small, for the price I would even say it is a rip off as in other places in Prague you would get for the same price double portion. Moreover, the açaí which supposed to be cold and refreshing was even warm which was very disappointing on such a hot day. When we asked the staff they just stated that as they did lot of açaí that day they didn’t have more of frozen banana. I would expect in such a place not to offer something if it can not be in the same quality or at least inform us in advance and ask if it is ok for us. The staff didn’t even care much and didn’t apologize. I can not review the other dishes but we will not come back.

I had breakfast here, choosing the banana cacao muesli as they did not have any banana bread (small sadface) for the banana bread, cacao and peanut butter. The dish had great presentation and was tasty. It came with what I think was coconut milk but not quite sure. Coffee was good. Could have been a bit stronger for. For a cappuccino it had quite a bit of milk. Staff was really lovely and pleasant. Service was quick and cheerful. The decor has a strong feminine energy to it but not in an off putting way. It's very cosy and welcoming with loads of positive message signs around. It's also a store with a wide variety of goods including refrigerated items, dry goods like nuts and spices and such, cleaning products, bulk items, cook books and more. I found the prices reasonable from an American perspective (especially since I just came from Sweden 😅) and good value for the money. Highly recommended!

Came here for breakfast one day and it was pretty good. Had a big slice of choc chip banana bread topped with peanut butter and strawberries which was really tasty as well as a cup of authentic hot cocoa and a latte. My only gripe was the lack of seating, and what seating there was was placed in the middle of the shop area which was a bit odd. Apart from this I really enjoyed what I had from Herbivore, and would recommend to anyone looking for a tasty breakfast.

It is okish from taste point of view, but from my 4 visits in last 14 days, all the time the buffet meals were cold, noodles came in one piece (so I could take them all and just bite) and the price 28,- CZK / 100g (about 1,1 EUR) seems quite high for that. I also tried freshly prepared meal - costed 179,- (almost 7 EUR) and while the temperature was ok, the taste was ... normal. For sure nothing I would ever come back for.

I don't think I've ever been anywhere with an associate looking so miserable to be working there, the woman cashier had the most atrocious attitude, so unfriendly I was embarrassed for her. I was there at 1:32pm to 1:45pm on Thur Dec 21st 2017, whatever she's going through in her personal life she needed to stay home today and not put our customers through it, if that's her everyday attitude she needs a new job the owners need to check that out, horrible! I travel the world and I've been vegan for 25 years this was okay vegan fast food, very greasy. it probably would have been a lot better if the woman associate was not so unfriendly and lacking customer service skills... I know this is a buffet and you serve yourself but at least put on a smile and pretend like you appreciate your customers because without them you wouldn't have a job here you wouldn't be able to be paid if people didn't come here to eat. Which is rare for a restaurant!! Also, other positive aspects of it are the portion sizes (they are actually enough to fill you, which again, isn’t always the case in a restaurant. I don’t feel like they cheap out on the veggies and I appreciate that so much); whether the food is delivered or I eat in person at the restaurant it is always consistent and top notch; and if you do eat at the restaurant the vibe is perfect. I appreciate this place so much and truly believe it’s a gem in both Prague and the world!! Thank you Herbivore 🙏🙏🙏

Basically it's is good but It is still to improve. For me there is not enough flavor in the dishes. The same with smoothies. If we compare it with "the bowls" from Prague 5 then it's still room for improvement.

We ordered some hummus, avocado toast and eggplants in sauce with rice and fresh veggies. Everything was very good. We then also tried two kinds of dessert. They could have been a bit sweeter, but they were still tasty. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The place is also a shop and the selection of vegan goods is pretty wide. Prices are quite reasonable. We’ll go there again for a meal or dessert.

Competing with Mezzaluna in Turin for the best vegan restaurant in Europe. I tried most items on the menu (first time liking tempeh.. get the pasta for real) and once the daily lunch option - all delicious, the portions are unlike any other vegan spot (even for a big guy like me, leftovers on leftovers), and have inventive options like celeriac (root of celery) fingers which are a must-try. I had the pleasure to meet the owner (and her equally lovely mother) who was incredibly warm, intelligent, and very friendly to my dog.

Really sweet place, great food and interesting cakes - not to sweet and very rich. The stuff is warm and friendly. If I would leave in Prague I would be a regular

5 stars for the carrot cake taste and poppyseed strudel! Though the service is not very attentive and disappointingly no coffee from machine, (only filter coffee to accompany your treat). The place also sells a big eco variety of stuff for edible and household purposes. Ps wish I could taste freshly baked apple pie🙈🤤 And banana bread is great! Though they didn’t have a fresh peace to offer. I tried a bite of a stale one, but even being such it promised a great texture and taste🤩

Charming little spot I visited after touring Vyserad. Nice flat white while demolishing a hummus crudite plate. Lots of delicious looking vegan fare on offer and a refreshing view of the street and river. Service was super sweet and a good place to practice the 3 Czech phrases I know!

Fried vegan cheese was absolutly delicious. I was worried that after becoming vegan I won't eat my favourite dish ever again, but Herbivore rescued me. Thank you, I'm still impressed.

I've been going here for a few months now, every time I'm blown away by how consistently delicious and flavorful the food is. Vegan dishes can be very bland sometimes, so it's great to see someone knock it out of the park like this. The dishes taste just as good as (and usually, better than) their non-vegan counterparts. And this is coming from someone who isn't vegan!

Amazing place next to popular drinking spot “naplavka”. Good vibe, super nice, friendly and helpful staff and really good menu with some traditional Czech dishes. Food was super delicious.

Cosy little vegan place. Staff were friendly and food was nice. I ordered the penne with tempeh and the portion was more than generous. I was very full when I was finished, no space for cake unfortunately. Would definitely reccomend.
