Forum, Helsinki is a great shopping mall. Very well connected by all the means of transportation. The mall has good clothing brands, accessories, cafes, restaurants etc. Overall a good place to shop in Helsinki.

This is a modern, clean and versatile shopping center right in the heart of central Helsinki. I would highly recommend this location for finding old favorite brands, and exploring some new and coming ones. Also, an excellent variety of dining options available. For tourists, some real gems, such as the Moomin shop, are included in the offering.

There are no bad shopping centers in Helsinki and this one is not an exception. Multiple entrances, multiple levels, lots of interesting and diverse shops, and eateries, it is a great place to visit and satisfy your shopping needs.

Large commercial center with plenty of food places for quick bites or longer experience. I found it quite fast to do the tour tho and it looks bigger than it is. Likely due to the bus and Metro stations being there. Which is highly convenient!

Kauppakeskuksen myyjät eivät osaa ja tiedä missä on esim lähin Pankkiautomaati. Pitäisi sen verran opetella. Missään ei näkynyt opasteita edes.

If the weather is nice on your trip, I suggest you save the Forum for when rain or other severe weather puts a damper on your plans (Helsinki is best experienced outdoors whenever possible). If you do enter, the mall is quite nice—it’s safe, clean, and diverse in terms of selection of stores and restaurants. Not as impressive as other malls I’ve seen, but still perfectly fine. The Forum is a spot-on place to spend time during rainy city weather. Thanks!

Shopping centre on several levels in the centre of Helsinki. A mixture of high street shops and specialist stores. Not as many shops as I expected but I did purchase a lovely merino wool hat.

Absolute maze of a shopping centre, many entrances/exists with no clear route or detailed maps! Heating was on full blast, which when you're wrapped up for the -10 weather outside, is a little sweaty! Good range of shops and decent toilet facilities.

Key shops me and some people may want to visit, such usall brands at the food court, Body Shop, Mehiläinen for health care and Mehiläinen for dental care, all key clothing stores, gifts, alcohol and drinks, grocwries, and most importantly, Forum is a key stop in the Helsinki underground tunnel system that takes you all over central Helsinki to metro, trains, buses and trams. Pretty neat centre of services.

Fun and hip shopping mall, and depending on what days you go, there’s DJ playing music and some dance entertainment. Lots of different clothing shops and electronics stores.

Tidy and nice mall, with basically anything one wishes to buy. It is not a place for activities with kids e.g., but other than that, you can find whatever you need to buy here

  • 2/5 Madhav D. 11 months ago on Google
It's a mall like any other mall. Not very costly. The toilets are paid. So if you don't have right coin, you have to go looking for change. Ridiculous!

Moomin themed nursary room is on the 3rd floor. It's not so big, compared to the one at Kamppi Shopping Centre, but enough functional for a short drop. Very expensive amd rare Artek x Moomin table and chairs are there - perhaps ones of the most expensive equipments in a public nursary space...

  • 1/5 Ivo K. 1 year ago on Google
Intentionally poorly marked passage from Kamppi to railway station. You cannot act as public space without responsibilities!

It's a pretty big shopping mall. Can get lost a bit if first time. Lots of variety in stores, I spent alot of time shopping and just relaxing there. Nice cafes there too. They have some live events in there too, a meet and great with some "celebrity" last time I visited. (Lines full of teenager girls) but they were orderly lined up so wasn't blocking my way around. I will be shopping in there next time I go back.

  • 4/5 George Oliver S. 10 months ago on Google
This shopping mall was not particularly expensive or cheap. Two stores and brand names inside were also just ordinary that you were not going to be impressed by. But you'd notice, though, that there was one single shop that attracted a lot of customers which was called Normal. The store featured unexpensive items that were usually half the price of some other brands.

  • 3/5 Max K. 3 years ago on Google
Forum is "nice". Clean and beautiful inside, but it doesn't have anything that Kamppi next door wouldn't have. I always just pass through there, while on my way to Kamppi or Stockmann to actually buy something. For women, they do have Monki which Kamppi doesn't, and they have Gigantti which is the only electronics store in Helsinki center (weird), but that's all I can think of.

Good shopping mall situated in a central location. Also is connected to Kamppi and Helsinki Railway station underground.

  • 4/5 Niina K. 7 months ago on Google
Big shopping mall full of different brands stores. Stores of different price ranges... I'm quite sure you'll find here what you are looking for. Here are many restaurants that will welcome you to taste different good foods.

Tulin sinne 2. joulukuuta ostoksille perheeni kanssa ja huomasin kuinka likainen forum kauppakeskus jopa wc:t ovat likaisia paljon paperia lattiassa jopa lasten wc:t paljon mutaa ja paperia. jopa ostoskeskuksen lattia on niin likainen.

sopivasti keskustassa, palvelu a sain hiukan odottaen, tosi ystävällistä, tarjonta monipuolista, menen uudelleen!

Kotiruoka tyylinen lounasravintola puuttuu. Muuta lisättävää ei varsinaisesti ole.

Definitely one of the best shopping malls in Finland, with a futuristic style and lots of practical shops nearby. The only deterrents were the long corridors and hard to find entry point. Other than that this place would easily be a five star.

Prefect location. Most likely not the biggest mall in Helsinki though.

  • 3/5 Antti L. 2 years ago on Google
One of the oldest shopping centres in Helsinki. Best thing here is the ground floor electronics shop and connection to the Kamppi shopping centre and bus terminal from the 2nd floor. Otherwise the usual stuff you can find in any other shopping centres.

I don't personally like this mall, because it's very spread out and confusing to navigate. I continuously walk into a dead end. But it does have a wide variety of shops, even if some are closed right now. Very modern and sleek after the reno.

Visited here during the Corona epidemic. This mall is taking serious actions for safety and hygiene, and I felt safe. Downside is that many restaurants were closed.

Regarded as a bit of a second class mall in central Helsinki, with the Simonkatu shopping alleway nearly empty, there's life in the main parts of the complex with some top of the line streetwear- and skater shops such as Blue Tomato and North Face brand shop, some very delicious food places, as well as the classic Apollo Nightclub.

I feel like I'm approaching insanity; the mall felt quite alright despite being located about in the middle of the most populated city in the entire damn country... At least there is nice underground access so I don't have to expose myself to stuff like sunlight
