Perfect place, service and crew.

TLDR: Generic loud chain coffee place with poor UX and bad coffee. Nice, cozy decor and lighting. *Meh* coffee, wouldn't recommend straight espresso/americano or regular coffee. The baristas definitely knew what they were doing though, I have a feeling they're just stuck with subpar beans. Extremely loud space, when it's packed it's pretty much *impossible* to talk without half-shouting; there's no sound absorption panels *anywhere* from the looks of it. When I measured it (when it was packed), it was consistently over 80dB which is absolutely insane, honestly would expect better from a large chain like Espresso House. Edit: Wanted to add that the queue system is dismal, it's just chaos and you just kind of pray that you aren't taking someone else's coffee.

Decor is superb but given the fact the this is the middle of one of the busiest areas of Turku. A lot of people, noise and all seats are utilised. Understandable. Coffee is alright, nothing extra special nor bad. As expected.

I've come here a couple times now and I love the different seating options present, makes it easier to find a fitting place to sit at depending on the group you have. They also have a good variety in their baked goods and drinks, though id argue some of the breads especially do seem a tad expensive. Though nothing out of the ordinary for these types of coffee places.
