Had
quite
an
experience
trying
to
order
coffee-
we
ordered
one
caffe
latte
with
soy
milk
and
one
espresso
doppio.
Got
a
caffe
latte
with
oat
milk
and
a
rather
good
looking
espresso.
We
said
it's
fine
and
took
a
seat
near
the
counter.
From
the
first
sip
it
was
obvious
the
espresso
was
extremely
burnt.
We
took
it
back
to
the
(really
kind)
lady
behind
the
counter
and
told
her
about
the
issue.
The
girl
working
asked
if
she
can
simply
add
milk
to
mask
the
burnt
flavour,
but
we
kindly
asked
for
a
new
espresso.
She
quickly
proceeded
to
make
a
new
espresso,
but
it
tasted
unfortunately
exactly
the
same.
The
girl
working
told
us
she
doesn't
drink
coffee
so
it's
difficult
for
her
to
understand
or
even
know
how
espresso
should
taste
like.
She
also
asked
advice
how
to
fix
the
issue.
It
was
pretty
obvious
she
didn't
know
that
much
about
the
coffee
machine
she
was
using
(she
mentioned
it
herself
too).
Settled
for
a
mango
smoothie
and
went
on
with
our
day.
While
we
were
finishing
our
drinks
we
peeked
at
the
girls
working
behind
the
counter
and
they
didn't
clean
the
porta-filter
properly
between
different
coffees.
If
porta-filter
is
not
cleaned
properly
the
already
heated
coffee
will
start
burning
resulting
in
burnt
taste-
especially
when
ordering
espresso
since
milk
is
not
masking
the
burnt
flavour.
We
took
a
few
minutes
to
talk
with
both
of
the
girls
working
and
explained
how
to
properly
clean
the
porta-filter-
they
said
that
it's
new
information
to
them
which
was
a
bit
troublesome
but
they
also
understood
how
it
might
affect
the
taste
of
coffee.
Hopefully
they
will
get
necessary
tools
and
training
to
use
the
machine
they
have
to
the
fullest
potential
:)
atmosphere
was
nice
and
lovely
:)
