bay is a weekly staple of mine, regular exercise is very important to me and bay professionally helps me achieve that. small group sizes give the instructors the possibility to help everyone and over time you grow to know each other. the space is stylish and clean and the atmosphere is always welcoming and safe. overall a great experience that I’d recommend to everyone 🫶🏻

Invigorating reformer pilates sessions, that helped me heal misalignment and improved my posture greatly, whilst also shaping the body. The trainers are high-end, such is the equipment and environment. If you appreciate a bespoke scent, you can also get it at the exclusive studio shop (candles, perfume oils and more). It's an experience that truly lightens up my week.

Definitely recommend this Pilates studio. I went to reformer Pilates session which was very interesting and relaxing, even though there were some challenging exercises, I didn’t feel tired after the session, but on the contrary felt lightness in my body. The instructor was very friendly, corrected my mistakes and answered all questions that I had. It smells like a pine forest in the studio and the view to the bay is very beautiful, super cozy. Thanks a lot!

The place in itself is super beautiful. Staff is friendly and I felt really welcome there. The instructor was also super nice and helpful and pushed us thru the workout in a really good way and gave personal advice in movements. The class was effective and I really felt the burn. I am amazed I liked it that much as I have done mostly high paced workouts like crossfit and running before but now I am sold and I truly believe this was just the thing I was missing in my life. Everything is so hectic nowadays and it is hard to ”let go” of work mode but I actually felt peaceful afterwards and did not think anything extra during class.
