the positive: staff is nice, rooms have good sizes, also good transition to the train station. neutral: breakfast is standard overall, the bread is not that good but that is typically for Finnland. negativ: the bathroom was not very clean, I now know that the persons before me was blond. The rooftop bar was closed the entire time we spend there. The sauna and Gym was closed for 2/3 of our stay. All in the name of corona. They don't have a corona concept except wearing masks (and closing down the bar, sauna and gym), we were not asked to show corona tests when we arrived or show if we were vaccinated or not. If you just want a place to sleep it is fine but you could get that for a lot less money.

Mukavasti sisustetut ja laitetut huoneet, ihana yläkerran baari ja mitkä maisemat! Baarissa myös aivan mieletön asiakaspalvelu. ❤️ Alakerran vastaanotto ja ravintola miellyttivät myös omaa silmää ja oli tervetullut olo tulla hotelliin. Sijainti keskustaan mukava. Ei aivan kaiken menon keskellä ja pääsi näppärästi kävellen sekä julkisilla joen varrelle. Vielä kun saavat naapuritonttien rakennusremontit loppuun, niin varsin jees! Ainoat vähän huonommat ominaisuudet, että yöllä oli hieman suurempi puhuri kun ilmastointia ei saanut säädettyä pienemmälle ja seuraavana aamuna heräsi kurkku kipeänä. Toisena huomiona: Ymmärrän kyllä miksi hotellien sänkyihin laitetaan muovisia välisuojakerroksia lakanan alle, mutta nyt niiden kanssa oli tuskaisen hiostava nukkua. Kun peiton päällä oli liian viileä ilmastoinnin takia ja peiton alla liian hiostava, oli lopputulos huonosti nukutut unet.

Toivoimme rauhallista sijaintia huoneelle ja sen saimme 7.kerroksesta, vaikka hotellissa samaan aikaan nuoria pelaajia hotelli täynnä 😊 Matkustimme junalla ja Kupittaan asema suoraan hotellin alapuolella 👍 Keskustaan pääsi kätevästi. Huone siisti, sängyt mahtavat! Aamupala täydellinen ja siitä nautittiin pitkän aikaa. Henkilökunnalle respassa iso plussa ja varsinkin vaalealle mies henkilölle. Hoito homman täydellisesti tullessa ja lähtiessä 🙏 Lapsi 11v tykkäsi !

I was there on June 1th 2023 with my wife and we were very pleased. While we were waiting for a train to depart, we decided to have a pizza. Laura from afternoon shift served us. She was very kind and nice and everything good of my review belongs to her. We had pizza and beer Aura. Pizza was nice and prepared very quickly, beer was delicious. Without Laura it would be just regular pizza and beer. If you are seening this Thank you Laura. Greetings from Slovakia.

Just a few step from the railway to the hotel. The staffs was helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was included, which was so stressless for family with young children. Diner menu was ok. Pizza was a big sloggy but other foods were worth to explored. Easy access to the citycenter with the bus. Highly recommend for family. Ps, we had with us a portable potta because the hotel didnt offer it or we should have asked for it. Anyway, it is a little notice for family with young children who cant use the adult toilet yet!

Comfortable rooms and nice views from the roof. Quite handy if you have to take the train to Helsinki because it has direct access to Kupittaa train station

My stay was very pleasant. Room was actually quiet and stylish. Perfect for short business trip. Bed was really comfortable and I slept well. Indoor parking is a plus. Sauna was more than perfect but some guests bring beers inside and dont clean afterwards. Breakfast is simple and you could expect a little bit more and also its hard to get a table. I would recommend providing dental kit in the room because there is none and nit every one can bring their tooth brush :)

Stayed a week with family and was not disappointed. Within walking distance of the city center the location was good. Had no issues at all with the rooms, breakfast or staff. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Nice boutiquey hotel with a great rooftop bar 👍

Yhden yön vierailu kahden aikuisen ja kahden lapsen kokoonpanolla heinäkuun alussa. Sisäänkirjautuessa lapset saivat ylläriksi respasta pienet puuhavihkopaketit, mistä iso plussa. Vastaanotossa kerrottiin myös kattavasti hotellin palveluista ja aukioloajoista. Huone oli siisti ja tyylikäs sisustukseltaan, sängyt mukavia ja lisävuoteetkin kätevät, kaikki nukuttiin oikein hyvin. Lapset tykkäsivät kun telkkarista löytyi Youtube ja pinkki suihkukoppi pitäisi kuulemma saada kotiinkin. Suihkukopin viemäri oli tukossa, mutta se ei ollut mikään maatamullistava ongelma. Aukaistiin viemäri itse, mutta jätettiin hotellille palautetta että jatkossa viemäreiden toimivuuteen olisi siivotessa hyvä kiinnittää erityistä huomiota. Hotellin sijainti oli oikein hyvä kulkuyhteyksien kannalta. Lähimpään pikkumarkettiin pääsi kävellen, ja linja-autopysäkit olivat ihan hotellin kulmalla. Vaikka ympäristö olikin melko vilkas ja hälyinen, ei äänet kantautuneet häiritsevästi sisälle huoneeseen. Parkkihallista löytyi autollekin paikka suht helposti ja siirtyminen parkkihallista hotelliin oli tavaravuoren ja lasten kanssa kulkiessa mukavan lyhyt ja simppeli. Iltapalaksi söimme pizzat Delistä ja ne olivat erinomaisia. Erityisesti Pizza Calabro on kokeilemisen arvoinen. Hotellin aamiainen oli myös todella kattava ja herkullinen, ja sieltä löytyi "retkikuntamme" nirsoimmallekin jäsenelle syötävää. Majoitutaan ehdottomasti Kupittaalla uudelleenkin, kun seuraavan kerran matkaillaan Turun suunnalla.

Kävelymatkan päässä kaupungin keskustasta. Siistit huoneet huoneen jäähdytys ei toiminut täysin, saavuttu lämpötilan +22 säätö +20. Aamiais järjestelyt hiukan tukkoinen "umpipussa" ja viimeisellä tunnilla kaikki toistensa edessä kun ei ollut tilaa väistää. Kokonaisuus kuitenkin hyvä. Kattoterassilta hyvä näkymä kaupunkiin.

Hyvä Sokos-hotelli. Kerrossiivous saisi hieman tarkemmin siivota, pölyä siellä täällä ja värikynä ikkunalaudalla. Tee/kahvipiste huoneessa vajavainen, ei kahvia, teetä kyllä sitäkin enemmän ja 1 kaakaopussi, "lusikkaa" millä sekoittaa sokeri ei ollut. Aamiainen hyvä, ihanan rustiikkinen patoineen missä oli pekonit ym.lämpimät. 9.krs näköala terassi aivan mahtava! Suosittelen hotellia, kaiken kaikkiaan ihan kelpo majoitusliike!

Saavuttuamme hotelliin oli saamamme huone siivoamatta. Saimme huoneen pari kerrosta ylempää, maisemat ikkunasta olivat tosin suoraan viereisen rakennuksen seinään. Huoneeseen kuului yllättävän kovaa viereisten huoneiden ovien avaus. Ilmastointi ei viilentänyt haluttuun lämpötilaan. Suihkussa paine heikohkoa. Plussaa kuitenkin hyvistä pesutuotteista! Sijaintina ei paras mahdollinen, citypyörät ja skootit tuli tutuiksi parin päivän reissullamme. Niitä oli mukavasti heti hotellin läheisyydessä. Kattoterassi 9 kerroksessa oli mukava, tosin melko pieni. Aamiainen oli ihan ok, tosin omenamehu ja appelsiinimehu oli lantrattu toisella linjastolla liian laimeiksi, molemmat maistuivat vedeltä kumpanakin aamuna. Lisäksi tilat todella ahtaat aamiaisella ja suht vähän paikkoja ihmisille. Ihan hyvä tämä, mutta seuraavalla kerralla toinen hotelli, lähempänä keskustaa 👍

The hotel was really good. The food in the restaurant was excellent and if you want you can order drinks and snacks 24/7. The rooms were big and nicely decorated. The breakfast was very good. There was so much to choose from. The only point of comment was that I had to ask for clean towels after 2 days. Our rooms weren’t cleaned every day. When we asked for fresh towels after breakfast the room was really clean when we came back from work and we had our fresh towels. The hotel is a bit far away from the city center (30 minute walk) but with a car or a taxi that isn’t a problem. Then it is only like 10 minutes or so.

Hotellissa on (mitä ilmeisimmin) liian vähän siivoojia sillä puhtaustaso oli heikko. (Siksi vain 2 tähteä huoneelle) Niin huoneessa, kuin hotellin käytävälläkin. 5 päivää katsoin käytävällä olevia roskia, joihin kukaan ei koskenut missään vaiheessa? Myöskään respassa kysytty ja luvattu palvelu ei toiminut missään vaiheessa. (Siivous joka toinen päivä) Keittiölle 4 tähteä!

Hotelli ihan perus Sokos hotelli palveluineen, mutta laadultaan löydät paremman majoituksen mistä tahansa muualta. Hienon näköistä ja kulissit kunnossa, mutta hotellin perustoiminnot prakaa ja pahasti. Aamiaistarjoilutilat ja hissit täysin alimitoitettu huone/vierailijamäärään ja molempiin joutuu jonottamaan kohtuuttoman pitkään. Huoneiden siivous ala-arvoinen. Pienet lapset löysivät heti huoneeseen mentyä sänkyjen alta mm. pillereitä, hiuspompuloita yms. muuta likaa. Kylpyhuone oli edellisen majoittujan hiuksia täynnä. Tuttavapariskunnan lapset löysivät viikkoa aiemmin samassa hotellissa mm. sytkärin sängyn alta. Sängyn aluset vielä aikuisen alta ryömittävän korkeat ja näkyvät suoraan ovelle. Mietityttää missä kaikessa muussa siivouksessa on oikaistu... Lapsille läheltä löytyy Kupittaan seikkailupuisto jossa viihtyy varmasti tuntikausia.

Sänky kova ja kuoppainen, tyynyt ja peitot myös huonolaatuiset ja muhkuraiset, pussilakanakin rikkinäinen, erittäin huono yöpymiskokemus siltä osin. Aamiainen ihan hyvä ja kattava. En menisi uudelleen.

As we say in Finland, "nätti mutta latvasta laho." (Pretty, but rotten in the brain) Rooms are clean and pretty, but so very cold and air conditioning so strong you will catch your death. Unlivable conditions. I think they forgot people get hotel rooms to sleep in them.

Työmatkalla yövytty. Isoin miinus hotellihuoneen pöydällä oleva tahrainen pelastusohje. Latisti hieman tunnelmaa. Hyvä aamupala. Palvelu asiallista. Muutaman kilometrin päässä Aurajoesta.

Todella hyvä hotelli varsinkin lasten kanssa yöpymiseen. Lisävuoteet mahtuvat huoneeseen vaivattomasti. Sijainti Kupittaalla on mukava, ei ihan keskustan ytimessä mutta saavutettavan matkan päässä moneen suuntaan jalan, junalla, autolla jne. Näkymät kattoterassilta ovat hienot! Ketjuhotelliksi kivan persoonallinen paikka. Parasta täällä kuitenkin on henkilökunta, joka on ystävällistä, iloista ja huomaavaista.

Great Hotel experience. Modern and clean hotel, with a fancy roof-top Terrance (with bar area). Location is an super advantage for my trip. Would go back again. One downside is that it's not the cheapest but reasonable for what you are getting. + Best Margherita pizza I have ever had.

A nice city hotel. Parking isn't free and neither is breakfast. However, there are four electric car chargers for free. The bar at the top floor is good, although the service could be little better. A customer ordered an Irish coffee, but was told that the bar hasn't gotten fresh coffee from the restaurant

Perfect for a week-long business trip. Morning buffet is great and doesn't end too early. At least in the upper floors, traffic noise becomes one single sound and can't bother so much, which is very cool in a central location like this.

Great atmosphere, service and design. Location is ideal for the train passengers and 24/7 lobby bar serves hungry travelers. Doggo friends are welcomed also in the lobby bar, pawsome! Only minus is for the location off center and in the office building environment - I could see the office desktops from my lovely big windows and I bet it works vice versus 😩

Room was nice and clean, friendly staff, however the Corona rules just don't make sense. The restaurant to eat in shut at 8pm whereas they had pizzas to take out only until 9pm unless having Corona pass, but in the morning everyone was allowed to walk around, eat in and have breakfast all together in the same area as the restaurant whether you have a pass or not. I don't really care either way and I don't have a Corona pass but the rules don't follow any logic or make any sense.

Very nice hotel, very clean and everyone is very friendly. I stayed here while getting a surgery at Mehilainen neo so the location was very convenient. Very nice breakfast buffet with huge variety.

Well designed and clean rooms. Seems well thought out hotel. Everything worked well. Ipad and huge TV in room. Parking is an extra cost, but convenient. Appreciated the simplistic semi industrial interior designs.

I love big windows and decoration was very stylish. Biiig tv. Goood foods. Clean and nice. everythings nice.

Stayed for Ruisrock, it is a busy time in Turku. The hotel staff was super friendly and they made an effort to have the rooms ready early before the official check-in time so we could go and enjoy tje festival. Good breakfast variety and even special section with gluten free, lactose free options for those with dietary restrictions. There is a deli available 24hrs with a variety of snacks and desserts. Conveniently located at the Kupittaa train station. A bit far away from the city center, but still a walkable distance and a short ride on a e-scooter.

Continued in english: Chaotic during the summer particularly july. Restaurant is a warzone as well as info desk during check in period. Hotel employees very young, not energetic, no facial impression. I support young labor but these fellows are totally not happy. Restaurant is another warzone, bistro elli has super slow staff, not capable of dealing with half capacity of the restaurant. Waited for desert for an hour and gave up, paid and left. Breakfast rush hour: chaotic. No any single clean table left. Cleaning stuff wiping each table in 30 min, all them look tired and zombified. Stuff has no passion, no passion means poop service. This hotel needs to learn from Lapland Hotels and the way they deal with crowded environments. Elevator? What’s that? Use stairs, good luck getting an elevator. Or be smart and get a room from top floor, stuff your family in and don’t let anyone else ride it below. To be continues…

Nice and clean! Very modern facility and a great rooftop bar. Breakfast was OK.. not as good as the Wiklund hotel but above average. Location is a bit of a walk from the city centre. Lots of taxis outside and electrical scooters options are plenty. There is a train station underneath the hotel with easy access for trips to Helsinki etc.

Our room was quiet and comfortable. Clean and the beds were good. The lobby system was something to think about. People waiting for the elevator, dinner and to the desk was not so well situated. After few setbacks at dinner, everything worked out fine! Food was tasty and service excellent even with minor setbacks. Bar at the roof worth visiting. Service up there definately too slow. Only one person working and people waiting.

Clean rooms, reasonable breakfast, but got no service (towels not replaced etc). Very close to train station, nothing really interesting in the area. 4 stars.

The room was quite big. Breakfast was delicious. Near the railway station. Price was fine. Definitely recommended if you visit Turku City.

Noisy! Despite my room (east side) was on the 7th floor, the train station is directly below the hotel room windows and it is a source of continuous noise due to the standing trains with their heating and ventilation fans running continuosly. There is also a construction site next door that constitutes an additional source of noise. If you have to stay at this property, ask for a room on the west side (opposite the railway station), it might be quiter. The room was clean and spacious, hot water kettle, empty minibar fridge, good room temperature control.

A fairly decent chain hotel, nothing to write home about, but functional and situated just next to the Kupittaa train station. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The light switches drove me nuts, though. The lack of proper tactile feel together with a delay before the lights switched was jarring every time. Not a big problem in the grand scheme of things. The breakfast buffet was "ok". A distinct lack of a fruit and veggies, and the decent coffee ran out. Second cup was typical cheap machine coffee, tasted mostly like bitter water. A rooftop gym is included, and you also have access to a proper gym a couple of blocks away - a definite plus if that's your thing.

New hotel. Rooms comfortable and spacey. Minus for poor sound proofing: All doors closing and others living noice are notable and is quite annoying at least in the 8th floor. The design of TVs wall hanging was annoying too, you can't modify the angel of TV screen to have optimal viewing angel, so basically you watch TV lieing in the bed. Shower glass walls annoying red colour.

Overall excellent hotel, from check-in to departure. Adjacent to the train station. Incredibly comfortable bed that I slept so well in. Huge flatscreen in the room with some English channels. Spacious room as well with a mini fridge, working desk, tea packets and hangers and open shelves. Incredibly quiet and soundproofed as well. The shower is also very good and I love the toiletries are in larger bottles to be environmentally-friendly. Wifi is excellent. The on-site hotel restaurant serves excellent food. The Breakfast buffet is great IMO. Whilst there is no prepared food like omelettes, there is a huge continental spread and hot scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon. My only niggling points: you can’t change the room temp from 21.5 C so the thermostat is pointless. It was a bit too chilly for me and too warm for others in our group. Eventually I settled. There is no fitted sheet on the bed, only a duvet… why do Europeans do this?! I woke up sweaty each AM but without a covering I would have been cold. My room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days but this was promptly corrected. The on-site fitness facility is a disappointment with no treadmill BUT there is a free pass given to a huge local gym a 7-10 minute walk away which I highly recommend. Look forward to my next work trip!

10 days stay. On check in receptionist asked if I wanted room clean every day or less. Since I was alone cleaning every other day. Today is day 8 room was cleaned only once. I went to reception to complain 3 times. They promised room will be cleaned next day. Very bad service.
