I don't understand the complaints as this was put here to help those who are unable to climb the hill. If it so bothers you and it is making you feel bad, just take the stairs next to it and work your a** a little since the city put this here with purpose, and as it is free of charge, there should be no complaints.

Views are great, but as a public transportion, the door automation is not up to the expected standards. Doors should open as quickly as doors in metros. If you have to wonder whether or not the doors will open automatically, they are opening too slowly.

The door automation is very slow, but the everything else is top notch!

Not much of an experience. Short duration and no views. Taking the stairs is atleast good for your health.

It was a funny trip of 1 minute, amazing. I hope some day it works properly and it doesn't break every week.

Useful to go uphill without getting tired. Free to use. Can carry up top 8 people.

Might as well take the stairs if you can. Slow and often broken. It’s an elevator.
