Clean and organized as usual with a brand dealership. Unfortunately the car saleswoman was quite arrogant saying that I would need to make an offer on the car BEFORE I could test drive it. I told her that I have never made an offer on any car before test driving it. Then she started back pedalling and saying that I could test it. Not very welcoming for a cash customer. I'll buy my Toyota elsewhere. She was very helpful with my wife, therefore two stars.

Very bad customer service. Salesman gave bad winter and summer tires while buying car. Very cheeky salesman need to be aware well before buying anything. Check car or anything carefully before you make the deal. Salesman has intention to cheat and cheeky to have more profit anyhow. I would never buy car from there and I recommend not to buy anything from there. No complain on toyota car. It's the best. But buy Toyota or anything from somewhere else !!
