    Super professional personnel, Specially Tapio. The deals goes smooth and as agreed, the car delivery was really good, car arrived on time and in the same condition as seen previously in the pictures and videos.     By far this is the worse experience that I had with a car dealer in Finland. They charged me 200 euro to send the car for a test drive to Kamux Konala. The dealer told me that the money will return back if I find even smallest unsatisfying thing that I don't expect. The car had few problems such as cosmetics loss, wiper, and TPMS sensor issue, but more importantly it had a painted bumper with different color than body that was not visible in photos and videos. They rejected to return my money back and told me that this money will only be back if I buy a car from them. This was very sad! I will not buy any car from them by force. Not recommended at all!!!!

😠 I bought a new car last year and it was rusty after just over a month. It was told at the workshop that the car would still rust, so the rust was refused. I also sent a message directly to Toyota, but there was no reply.
